Around 9pm I got a hold of Michael via the contact on his website. He was quick to respond asking a few questions and showed up the next morning ready to track the bees! He took a walk around the whole property looking for their nests, sprayed, took care of some ant nests I didn't even know we had, and took the time to explain each step to me and what he was looking for or doing. Best of all - the price is great! Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

We bought our house only 9 months ago (Jim did the inspections) and now, due to our job, we're moving again. We just had a potential buyer come through to look at the house and their inspector found extensive dry rot in our basement - including important support structures. How did OUR inspector FAIL to give us that information? That's not a small issue. It's not a difference in inspectors either because I had a private contractor come out afterwards to give a second opinion. He saw the same thing. On top of that, he MENTIONED knob and tube wiring but he did not go into detail about HOW MUCH active knob and tube was in the house! Again, we found out just how much by a potential buyer's inspector. And I had it verified by an electrician. Anyway, because of what the buyer's found (that Jim neglected to tell us) they backed out of the sale! We were first time home buyers. We trusted Jim to help us find issues to consider when buying this propery! These are expensive fixes! I think it's not too far fetched to belive that he only has his welfare in mind when doing his work. So, if you're considering hiring him - be careful.

As soon as the first squirrel took the peanut bait, Rich came right back over (in a snow storm!) to collect the little guy. He repeatedly assured me that he would take him to a nice, safe place, just far enough away so that Mr. Squirrel would not be able to move back into my house. Rich then continued to set traps to catch and release the squirrel family until everyone was accounted for. Finally, once the weather improved he was able to seal the hole in our attic.
