The overwhelming answer, was Anderson. I called, a gentleman answered, asked for our address and said his guys would be there in a bit. He also told me how much it could cost, depending on what had to be done. Two men pulled in a large truck, with a large tank. I had already removed the snow from ground where our septic was. They knew exactly where it was, it took them just a few minutes to dig them up and to take the covers off. He showed us how and where to pull up a filter and clean it out, so there would be less back up. They then did the dirty and finished up. They recommended we get it serviced annually. We will, with them, Anderson septic. They were fast, polite, knowledgeable, and just very very nice. Form call at 8:30 am to the job finished by 12:30. Amazing. We thank you ! We would recommend them to anyone !

Edit: after reading the r/VacuumCleaners sub-Reddit on Miele vs SEBO D4 I discovered for the very FIRST time that every time you open the Miele door it triggers the auto-eject mechanism for easier bag removal - even if you did not open it up to change the bag! You need to make sure the bag gets clicked back down firmly into the spring loaded holder before closing the lid. Why did no one mention this when I bought the Miele just 3 years ago??????
