Overall, for me, Bryson Builders was a great decision, because Peter, the contractor, has experience with the insurance claim process; he is not "salesy" and listened to my concerns/questions; and he had a thorough estimate that clearly outlined all the work that would be completed. Having never been through a renovation, the repair process went beyond my expectations. Given that my roommate and I were still living in my home through the process, it was not as bad as I thought it would be. The Bryson Builders team members were professional and treated my home well. For the most part, the work area was cleaned on a daily basis and I can see progress as time passed. Due to my schedule, I appreciated the flexibility in being able to communicate with Peter via phone or email. I received updates from Peter frequently allowing me to be mentally prepared and/or to prepare my home as necessary. The finished product is so amazing, from the quality paint job throughout the home, the installation of the countertops, electrical work, and the bathroom tiling to the roof replacement. Not only does my house feel more like home but I feel confident that my home can withstand another snowpoccalypse. We had a paper wasp/hornet nest on the fence right by our driveway that no one noticed initially…read moreuntil it was scarily almost the size of a basketball! And at that point, no one thought this was a simple DIY project -- what, were we going to smack it down with a baseball bat and run for our lives?!? But we didn't want to use any toxic chemicals -- we have a small dog and there's a daycare right next door with little kids always running around in the yard just downwind. Thankfully there were a number of pest control companies in the area, and when we reached out to several, Green Planet Pest Control responded promptly, answered all our questions, and were able to schedule something within a day or two. The guy who came out to our house wore appropriate protection gear, and got the job done without any toxic chemicals that would've been bad for our dog or kids nearby. He also advised me on what product to get (a fairly pleasant-smelling natural spray with peppermint oil) to keep spraying in the area if I saw any return buildup, that would dissuade the wasps from sticking around. Would 100% recommend.

They are incredible!! I just brought my car in this morning because it was burning oil and the…read moreengine and oil light were on. I figured that the slow oil leak finally gave out with the cold weather and the gasket blew in the engine. I honestly figured I would be scrapping my car today. After walking over and talking to one of the mechanics, Jerry. He told me to pull my car around and he would check it out for me today and give me a call if it's fixable or not worth it (I told him I didn't really want to put money into the car). He said they were super busy today but he will squeeze me in. Once I got there he asked if I could hang for a few min to diagnose the car and checked it out immediately. After lifting the car and checking everything they realized it was a clogged oil filter. It was so clogged that oil wasn't passing through and some of it was leaking everywhere. When they removed it I think a few of the guys got covered in oil (I kinda felt bad to be honest but they all laughed it off). Because oil got everywhere they also proceeded to clean underneath my car with some foam stuff and then ran it a little to burn what was left off. They were incredibly funny, helpful, patient, personable and honest. I spoke mostly to Jerry and the gentleman inside at the register who was also amazing. Even though I live 30 min from here and they helped me in a pinch, I will definitely bring my car back if anything else goes wrong. Service was incredible.
