John and crew were amazing! I really wish I had called them earlier. We had a tough truck cab that probably weighed 800-1000 pounds and was way around the house and down a bank. I didn't know if it could be moved. John got his backhoe through some tight spots around the house and grabbed the cab and pulled it out. He maneuvered back around the house and got the cab in the dump truck. He then picked up a heavy old engine and 25 tires. They also went back and picked up scraps of metal and the bumper/scraps and raked up all the glass. John and his helper were so friendly and professional and had a can-do attitude. They were so nice and had a great sense of humor and were great to deal with. They did everything for a very reasonable price and very quickly. I would recommend this company 1000 times over. If you are looking for some really good guys who are service oriented and will tackle almost any job, go with the Dump Guy. You will be so happy you did! Thanks John! read more

I was a fan of Got Junk until I used Dump Guy-they are fantastic and have the best service one could imagine ! I love their work ethic-and personalities-helpfulness-speed!! Truly a fun experience and now my adorable garden shed is clean and gorgeous. THANK YOU THOMAS AND ANTHONY!!! read more

Not easy as in they helped out. Easy as in they did all the work. All of it. They were responsive immediately, gave me a quote super quick, and did most of it all via text, which was a huge help to me, as I am unavailable via phone during the day. They picked up my giant POS sectional (covered in dog hair), a big leather chair, a mattress, box spring, and bedframe and hauled it all away within 30 minutes, in the rain. $200, easy peasy. Thanks guys! read more

Just submitted a note for a quote for what I think is my third or fourth use of the Dump Guy. I have been so impressed with how they work, the advice they share, and their pricing is very reasonable and based on weight and how much fits in a truck (luckily I have Wayne who is WAY better than me at math and figuring that out!) Funny story about our last service - we called them for one thing, came up with a bunch more stuff, then looked around and realized after they left that we forgot the one... so it goes. I truly recommend them for any removal, especially the weird and wacky stuff. read more

We have used "The Dumpguys" from their early years. When they first started, we used them to clean out basements, rental properties, and more! Every time, they are efficient and clean up everything. They are a kind, respectful, and wonderful group! I would recommend them over any other removal company! Janis Quimby Garbrielle Gorham read more

They did an amazing job emptying out our basement! They were on time and responsive when we called. This was also one of the best priced companies we found! Very impressed and I will be recommending there services to people! read more

I really appreciated the excellent customer service from the first phone call straight through the moment Matt and Morgan finished clearing out the small dump that had accumulated in my yard. They were quick to respond, quick to schedule, kind, respectful and very fair. I hope I don't have junk pile up again but inevitably when it does, I will definitely call the Dump Guy again and hope it's Matt and Morgan who deserve 6 stars. read more

Thomas and Tyler were helpful and polite! They were a little late and apologized and called several times with updates and arrived when they said they would. We would definitely use them again! read more

WELL worth it! I had to call on them due to a stressful situation in a difficult time and they came and took my worries away with a smile. I would absolutely recommend! read more

Late, didn't remove items, left a mess. Sent me a 50$ gift certificate but don't want them on property. Paid cash or would dispute with bank. Edit: of course my real name isn't stickman. Just as smart as the fools who left half a garage full of junk they were supposed to remove read more

We had a pile of windows as we had replaced all the windows in our house. There was a mess of things left behind from the previous owners and we had items we wanted to dispose of. What would have been many trips to the dump and added fee's, was taken care of in less than 30 minutes. There is a reason why Dump Guys get so many favorable reviews and it's because they are all true! And how refreshing is that? Prompt, courteous, efficient at a GREAT PRICE. I will be using them again. read more

Very professional operation. Quote was prompt and reasonable, scheduling was flexible. And they showed up when expected and quickly hauled the stuff away. Highly recommended, no hassle. read more

Used them only once (so far), but I will be a returning customer. Had two old lawnmowers die on me within the span of a week. My tinkering skills in the mechanical motorized parts department is next to none, so after some half-hearted troubleshooting, I decided it was time to retire the old fellas and give in to this electric trend. But I digress. I called a couple places and didn't hear back. When I called Dump Guy (sweet name) they said they could probably get to my place the very same day, near the end of the day. They gave me their minimum price, and in fact the guys that came to pick up my dumps called and were able to arrive a good ~90 minutes ahead of schedule. Super friendly, and easy payment via card, cash, or cheque. read more

If I could give them six stars, I would! We needed a big, broken couch removed from our tiny, weirdly shaped apartment located in one of Portland's pocket neighborhoods (meaning the street is barely wide enough for one car to drive down). This was not a job for us, so I reached out to The Dump Guys (and Girls) for pricing. Our email exchange over the course of a few days was friendly; they gave me a quote based on how big it was/whether it included a pull out bed/what floor we were located on, etc. And then I ghosted them. A couple weeks later they reached back out to see if I still needed their help. ... another couple of weeks after that, I (finally) responded and we set something up. They called me on the day of the pick-up to let me know they were running a half hour EARLY (when does that ever happen?!). My partner and I had moved the couch to the front door to make it easier for them, so when the Dump Guy and Dump Girl showed up it took maybe ten minutes total for them to park their truck and trailer, remove the couch, run my card at the quoted price (which they verified via the email exchange), visit my pet bunny (he's distractingly adorable), and then move on to their next project. They were very friendly and efficient! The cost was great! And overall - minus my inability to respond to emails in a timely manner - it was a seamless transaction! We will absolutely be using their services again. read more

Great communication. 2 guys came out the same day, very quick, they were both very nice! Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Desmond and Tyler arrived early for our appointed time as we did as well. They had all the tools and equipment to remove and load the self-storage unit contents. Both were pleasant and helpful when we wanted to keep reusable several items. Their quote included loading everything, transporting the entire contents to the landfill and the weighting fee. Before leaving, Desmond and Tyler swept the unit floor and removed the debris. They were focused and were in and out in a hour. Before leaving they asked if we needed them to do anything further. This is my first time with the "Dump Guy" services. Yes, I will contact them again if needed and recommend them to family and friends. Overall, this was a pleasant experience with this service. read more

Awesome people. Had an emotional difficult situation, these guys were professional and made me laugh. Fantastic service, highly recomend

All responses were super quick and descriptive, and the quote was really reasonable, we had a huge truckload with a loveseat, trunk, table, chair and a bunch of other heavy shit- less than 200 dollars before tip. Dave and Derek were absolutely fantastic. Super efficient, super super friendly, and a total lifesaver. They came right on time and got everything loaded up in 20 minutes. We couldn't have asked for better help! read more

I called at 6:00 pm Friday. I got a return call all at 7:30 am Saturday. Dustin and Kyler were here at 8:15 and were finished by 8:30! Fantastic work and responsiveness! And all for $125! I couldn't be happier! read more

This company is great. We had Dave and Dave for our junk removal in Woolwich on March 24, 2025. They were super careful, did a walk through of the house/the job. They had to come back which was not planned, and they arranged their day to fit us in. It was an emotional day (emptying a house) and they were kind and thoughtful. We also think they both belong in the commercials! A superb job. read more

The Dump Guy is a true professional. Same day service at a reasonable price is almost unheard of these days, but Nik and Harry arrived within hours of me contacting the company, and they did a fantastic job. They really left everything spotless! I was initially concerned because I had a small job, but no worries there...they were happy to work with me. Communication was excellent, so there were no questions as to time of arrival. Highly recommended! read more

They were super easy to work with from start to finish. I got a detailed response with pricing shortly after I put in a request for information. They were easy to schedule and communicate with. When they arrived they were professional but friendly and easy going. I don't remember to review businesses and places very often but this company was so great, I am writing this just a couple minutes after they left so I don't forget. They definitely deserve the good review. Highly recommend. read more

When we bought a property for my mother in law and the previous owner was supposed to clean their things out, then surprisingly didn't, our realtor said he would pay for the dump guy. I've never used a service like this before and I have to say I was more than impressed! The two "guys" were friendly, fast, and reasonably priced for moving a broken stove, a broken car fender, broken A/C, a few old propane grills and other various junk left behind for us to deal with. In just under 45 mins they hauled about a truck and half load out and took it away for $250. As a time saver (anyone who's been to the dump knows how long that can take, not to mention the loading of a trailer) this was the way to go! Additionally I received a follow up call today checking on their service and making sure we were satisfied. In this day and age that's a real shocking surprise! I would recommend them to anyone trying to clean out a bunch of stuff and not having either the man power or time to do so! read more

Couldn't be more satisfied. Was able to quickly book an appointment and the team make quick work of it for a great price. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience having the three-man team from Dump Guy come by and load a big load of all manner of materials - appliances, refuse of all kinds - into their truck. More than twenty years worth of stuff out of the yard and garage. Friendly and efficient people. I'll call them again once I turn to the nightmare in our basement. read more
