Rich and his staff are terrific. Advantage was the third place I called about humanely trapping some squirrels that had taken up residence in the walls of our building. The first two places never called me back. Advantage got back to me immediately and Rich came out the next day. We had thought there was just one point of entry but there were two. Rich put up a second trap at no additional charge and told us to contact him as soon as we saw one in the trap, so that he could come out right away to minimize stress on the squirrel. I checked the traps at around 7:30 and they were empty. But I got a text from Rich at 9 - he had stopped by our building on his way home and discovered the first squirrel in the trap! It gave me the chance to meet him and learn just how kind, compassionate, and thorough he is. We had a final squirrel count of 4 and all is well. Great company, very personable staff from the intake person to Rich and his crew. I had a squirrel(s?) coming into and out of my attic/wall space and after a couple weeks of trying to figure it out myself I finally called this company to sort it out. After they came and set a trap the squirrels of course decided to relocate. Since there were no longer any squirrels to deal with, Rich patched the hole they were getting in and kindly refunded the difference between a basic investigation and the more expensive squirrel eradication. I had paid up front and know not many companies would've given me any money back but it goes to show what kind of company this is. I highly recommend Advantage Pest Control! I first called Richard to help me with a giant bumble bee problem at my old house. Richard got under the mud room porch and exterminated the bees and removed the nest at a very fair price. I called him again and he assigned his colleague Don to come out to treat my fiancé's home for carpenter ants and attic mice before we sold that. All three treatments were effective and did not require a call back, even though we were guaranteed for a whole year. Rich was amazing. He was very prompt and professional and answered all of our questions. We had squirrels in the attic of our house for a while, and he was able to trap and relocate them. Richard and his team are just great! They are knowledgable and responsive. He came recently to do "bat abatement"...finding more than the 2 openings I had seen (6 in total). He put netting over the openings (bats can get out, but they can't find their way back in), then he returned a week or so later and sealed up the holes.
