He was great at showing up, but slow right from the get-go to respond once he had my $6k deposit. I had to pester him by phone and email for an installation date that kept getting pushed forward. Unfortunately I had to cancel the installation and I gave him 3 weeks notice. It took another six weeks of emails to get my deposit back and it was minus $1275 in a "restocking fee." fantastic work and follow up. We just happened upon this company while walking through downtown Portland and seeing a small install they did a few years back. We reached out and communication was great. The quote was and the work was done extremely well. We have them again for additional fencing as well as a mailbox post and we couldn't be happier especially considering there was an issue with our new fence leaning because of construction next-door to us.
