We called multiple times no call back and left multiple voicemails to pay the second half on a different card. no answer. they blamed it on not listening to voicemails and it takes too long to listen to 30 voicemails....anyways. so they charged the same credit card without reaching out to us. the remainder amount which we did not approve so just know that they hold onto your credit card and run your card without contacting you. Also, they don't use work trucks and they go to your house in a U-Haul. Slightly ghetto.

They did an excellent, professional job both times. However, this year, one of the employees, Mike Chaquette, did an extraordinary act of kindness. We had a very large wooden sculpture done by my son as an art student. It had fallen into disrepair, needed much repair work that I was not strong enough to do myself. Sadly, we asked Upright Fence to haul it away with the rotted fence debris. Imagine my astonishment, when after returning from vacation to see sitting in the yard the sculpture all repaired like new, waiting for us. I was so touched by this random act of kindness. He was clear that they were booked up several weeks ahead, so I was not surprised with a wait for installation. The fence was installed when I was away, but was exactly as I had requested. As for the rest, I'll start with the awful service you get from Nicole in the Somersworth office. She called at 3:15pm saying the installers were coming the next day at 9:00am with no ability to adjust the day or time. When pointing out that this short notice was not easy to maneuver, she simply said, they are coming to do the job tomorrow and hung up. When they showed up, they left about 20 minutes later saying the materials loaded on the truck were wrong. I called Nicole trying to clarity on what happened and she said they would be back later to do the work. I asked for more clarity and she just hung up on me. The installers came back about 90 minutes later, started the work, and yet again, had to leave because they had the wrong materials. Not sure how this happens twice for one job. I called the office back and left a message for Kelly, but of course, no return phone call. The job is done and the fence looks nice, but I would never use them again and would not recommend them.
