It was a great experience. He was patient. Understanding and creative. One glitch back then. Our window supplier screwed up and Dominic did not support us. Fast forward 7 years to today. I called Dominic 2 months ago with two issues. A window (warranty?) issue and a potential mold problem in the foyer. He came out a few days later and said he'd look into the window, but he wouldn't be able to fix anything for a month. It's two months later and he told me that I'm not his problem and I should call somebody else. Heads up. He's not the same guy you dealt with before.
