The toilet crooked and leaking(had to be turned off),the shower doors put in backwards AND upside down, moldings not completed or too short and everything left messy and dirty.He was paid only because he harassed and threatened to come to the house and rip everything out if payment was not made. I had to call the local police for advice in that there are renters living there. He is an unconscionable man. I will now have to pay double the amount to have another contractor repair the damage. Due to the demolition required to build the stairs, we asked if they could begin that process when we left for an 8 day vacation in January. He agreed and after meetings to tighten up the design and engage his plumber we trusted our home to Gage and his team and left. Before we left he told us he not only planned on building the stairs but basically completing the entire job! While we were gone we got consistent updates, pictures and videos of the progress.
