John Korpaczewski came to look at our driveway for an estimate and explained that the spider cracks were not structural, but from earlier thick seal coating. Since we were hoping an old driveway would last for another 5-10 years, he reported that it didn't make sense to dig it up and install a new driveway. My review is on the compassion of an employee. While walking my dogs, one of the employees, possibly the owner, drove by with a large truck. He could see my dog, who has PTSD was terrified. He cut the brake noise and creeped by us. I can't thank him enough the results could have been devastating had he not slowed down so much. read more

We had our old concrete driveway torn up and removed. Korpaczewski was recommended by a builder to install the new asphalt. They did a great job and was very professional to work with. Fast forward to today and I contracted to have John do the final top coat of asphalt. Once again they did a fantastic job and their attention to detail was great. Korpaczewski did a great job of re-doing a driveway that was incorrectly installed with the wrong material and incorrect grading by another company. John's quote was fair, and the crew was always on time, worked quickly, and left everything clean. John and his crew were very professional. They chose the right materials, had the right equipment to do the job, and knew how to prepare the ground to ensure a usable driveway that was properly graded. I have another driveway that needs to be redone and I will call Korpaczewski back to do that job in the future. I highly recommend them. read more

Terrible experience. We were undecided about sealcoating or repaving our driveway, so we got estimates for both. We were told sealcoating would buy us another 5 yrs before we would need to repave. We were hesitant due to the $1800 (EIGHTEEN HUNDRED DOLLAR) price tag, and also due to the fact that we were told by another company that sealcoating is a waste of money and we'd basically be "putting lipstick on a pig". However, we were assured by the owner that sealcoating is all we needed at this time. We had our driveway sealed in Oct and by May it was mostly worn away. I contacted the owner, who agreed to redo it at no cost. I followed up with him a month later and was told they'd complete the job by the end of summer. By the beginning of September I had reached out two more times, but never heard back. One of the more interesting things is one of his crew was actually the owner of the other company who told me he refused to sealcoat (lipstick on a pig) any driveways. My advice, go with another company. read more
