The installation resulted in gaps under the tiles, misaligned tiles, grout lines that are a different width than the adjacent porcelain tiles, tiles that are chipped from leveling clips, and a transition that is a trip hazard. Seacoast Flooring has not been responding to any communications. Complaints have been filed with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office.
