Todd came to my house and spent a good chunk of time with my in my 3' crawlspace, highlighting issues he saw, telling me what they meant to him, and identifying ways to mitigate those concerns. You can tell he cares because my crawlspace is absolutely horrifying: wet, musty, tons of spiders. You can tell he knows his stuff because he was more than happy to share his thoughts and then give non-technical explanations. Long story short, most of what I need to do is above ground or not within Todd's remit, but I know that I'll be working with New England Structural Works if I have any issues in the future.
