The quote was very reasonable and his timing was perfect! He offered to come and complete the job with less than a week's notice (to meet the timeline I needed for a small get together to celebrate my husband's birthday outside in the yard). We have used 3 other companies in the past 3 years and CP PROPERTY SERVICES was by far the best service we have ever received. The GM, Mike and his team were polite, professional, friendly and went out if their way to make sure we were happy with their service and the results of their work. Mike walked around the house and went over what he was doing and then again when the job was complete. I can tell Chris, Mike and their entire team take a lot pride in their work and that is the type of company I want to do business with. I will continue to use them for years to come!! I also want to note that the friends we had over this past weekend made several comments on how nice our yard looked. We have had neighbors also comment and ask who cleaned our yard. I am so happy and so thankful for this amazing local company. Thank you CP PROPERTY SERVICES!! Looking forward to using you again in the future!! Our yard is sparkling clean!!

Liam designed a beautiful front garden with no grass, did stone work, and various plantings. He listened to our ideas and exceeded our expectations at every turn. He built us a gorgeous stone patio, and also installed a stone paver driveway. He has a great sense of design. We give this company with our highest possible recommendation!

They use a leaf blower to blast snow from walkways shooting rock salt onto our lawns preventing grass from ever growing. They shoot black mulch EVERYWHERE including against the house (permanent stains on siding) and covering the crushed rock drainage with inches of mulch, basically forcing rain into my basement. You can call and call and call and they promise a call back but you'll never get one. Worst Ever. I will be meeting with my Condo Association about changing.

My experience with Lawn Dog has been good, and considerably better than my last lawn service. The…read moreresults have been what I expected, but what sets them apart are two things. One, they are excellent communicators. They let me know when they are coming, and leave a sheet explaining what they have done when they leave. Their periodic reports on seasonal issues are informative, and I find them helpful. Second, they have never pressured me regarding additional treatments. (Grub treatment, or thatching for instance). They let me know the extra treatments are available, but there has never been any pressure to use them. This is distinctly different from my last service, who seemed to call me at least once a week, and was the reason I stopped using them. So, I am a very satisfied customer.

Chris was very responsive, he responded quickly after I sent a website inquiry, came for an initial consultation within just a couple days, and had a full estimate to me not long after. I received sketches and renderings of his proposed landscape plan, and he seemed to understand exactly what we wanted. He had great ideas but also was a good listener and took our ideas into account as well. He installed the landscaping over the course of spring 2020. He checked in several times in person to see how it was doing over the summer, and was always there to answer a call or email with any questions we had. A year later, all of the plants have come in beautifully, we did not lose even one over the winter. He did a meticulous spring cleanup, and we are so excited for year 2 of our landscaping looking better than ever!

We've worked with Jennifer, the owner of Full Circle Landscaping, for the past year. We are so…read moreimpressed by her knowledge, skills, and customer service. We planned a complete overhaul of our backyard and she was there at every stage. First, she helped us understand what plants we had. She spent an hour with us teaching us about them and how to prune them and take care of them. When it came time to start our major project, she came to our house multiple times to talk about how plants would be laid out, and she met with our patio contractor in person to coordinate their efforts. Eventually, Jennifer and her crew came to plant a bunch of items, add mulch, and generally spruce things up. She had great advice at every step. The cost for her services was extremely reasonable. She provided invoices by email and was very communicative. There were also multiple instances when she suggested how we might accomplish some tasks ourselves so that we didn't have to pay her for them. She's also just a nice person, including when she brought our newborn son a birthday card. The fact that this is a woman-owned business and she has an all-woman landscaping crew is just the icing on the cake. We will look forward to calling on her again in the future. This business, and Jennifer in particular, is a total gem in the world of home and outdoor service providers.

The service and outcome received by CKC Landscaping far exceeded my expectations. Kenny had strong communication skills from the start and was very transparent on the timeline and cost. He and his team were friendly and respectful while they diligently worked on the project. Additionally, Kenny easily and efficiently managed an issue that arose while working on the project and handled it all. After hydro seeding the area Kenny checked in several times to ensure the grass was growing in properly and provided tips to encourage and maintain growth. Kenny's commitment to the project, strong communication skills and quality work are just a few reasons of many reasons I highly recommend working with CKC Landscaping.
