I don't think it would be possible to be more satisfied with the conscientious customer service that Kait provides. it occurred to me Sunday (May 26) that our service was probably due in June. I learned this morning we have a guest staying at our cottage for a month arriving early tomorrow (Wednesday). I texted Kait on the holiday weekend, saying if in fact we are due in June and if she could do the service prior to his arrival, I'd sincerely appreciate it, or it was fine to delay until July. She responded almost immediately and was there today - 2 days later. Thank you Kait, I sincerely appreciate this and will happily recommend your exceptional customer service. We discovered rats in our backyard. We thought they were only outside, but upon inspection by Integrity Pest Solutions, we found they were in our home as well. They have been responsive and beyond helpful when it comes to our predicament, not only with their side of the business, but also with advice as to how to keep rats, mice, etc., out permanently. They also took into account that we have four small pets living in our home and made sure that they took steps to protect them from any of the bait. Kait is professional, thorough, and very kind and thoughtful. She and her (sadly deceased) husband, Doug, with whom she started her business have taken care of our family home for about a decade. We had a serious carpenter ant problem. After a year of using one of the big extermination companies, with no success, we contacted Integrity. They did a great job. Kicked 'em out and sealed 'em out for sure. Recently we had a mouse problem and they took care of that, too. Doug and Kait are very friendly, and their fees are very reasonable. Excellent service and very affordable prices, compared to other companies that I called before for quotes about our wasp problem. The man who came, Doug, was really friendly, super helpful, and quick to get rid of the nest outside and spray around the house. He also filled up some cracks in our floor and basement, and even removed the spider webs in our root cellar, free of charge! Kait is very responsive and keeps me updated of any scheudle changes. She does my tick spray monthly, and we have a lot of property. With all the rain, we also have sugar ants, so she treated the outside as well. We had a big chain company prior, and they were not able to keep up due to limited coverage in my area.
