The Waterville store is always very clean with shiny floors and is always well stocked and properly lit . Rarely are they out of an item that I have an instant need for. Greeted by friendly faces who are always eager to assist and even though I am well known to them; I still am greeted and asked if I require assistance. Bought to much or the wrong item or simply changed your mind, NO PROBLEM, you get your choice either a replacement, money back or account credit...merely bring your receipt. This type of service and attention is rare is today's business climate; even from entities that claim they provide customer service. First you have to know what customer service is before it can be rendered and the store manager is responsible for that training and making certain that the corporate policy of customer service is adhered to.
