The sheet vinyl needed to be replaced around the toilet. We had a piece left over from the original installation about 25 years ago. Adam was prompt in coming to look at the installation required and gave us a very reasonable quote, He and Mike came when they said they would to replace the flooring. Mike worked diligently and effectively to complete the job. He pieced together the old vinyl with the new in such a way that the seam is almost undetectable! Adam stopped by a time or two to check on the work and make sure everything was perfect. We can't make enough great comments about both these fine young men! Experienced, professional, pleasant and results beyond our expectations! Thank you so much, Mike and Adam, for a difficult job well done! We have a more extensive job coming up in the near future. They arrived, on schedule, at 7:00 a.m. Saturday morning with a crew of three. By 4:30 they were totally finished! They transformed the room, did excellent work, and went above and beyond! We had a HORRIBLE experience w/ Maroon Flooring and would NEVER recommend this company! It was a…read morenightmare that we are still dealing w/ a year after the service. Rather than going to Home Depot for our flooring needs, we wanted to support a local business and went with Maroon Flooring. We went to Maroon Flooring to replace our kitchen and 3 bathroom floors with tile. We were told by the owner that we should not do tile but vinyl. My response was that were set on tile. Barry then told me he would "work on my husband and convince him to choose vinyl". After much convincing, we took the "experts" advice and went w/ vinyl. The installation crew were unprofessional, tardy and unclean. One man brought his wife nearly everyday who was intrusive to say the least and he brought his grandson to one visit (whom I felt I had to feed while my children were eating). They left very sharp tools out downstairs where I was playing w/ my children while they were working upstairs. They smoked on my property w/out permission and urinated on my back lawn and returned to work w/out washing hands. Before they were totally completed their work at my house, they broke my window screen (w/out acknowledging or repairing) and had a slice in my kitchen floor. They also did not complete the project and left a flooring transition out and before the end of the evening the hall floor was bubbling so we had to call them back. They also poorly cut the flooring around the bathroom wall which is incredibly unsightly. Within a few weeks, the bathroom floor then began bubbling and created a safety hazard for our children and guests. After numerous complaints, these bubbles are still there 1 year later even though teh company that sold the flooring to Maroon flooring said they were responsible b/c it was installed incorrectly. The vinyl flooring (that we never wanted but were pushed by the experts to choose), did not hold up and w/in a couple months looked far worse than the 30+ year old flooring we payed about $4,000 to replace. There are now 3 gouges in the flooring (1 from the installation crew, 1 from a simple fork being dropped by my son, and one from me accidentally dropping a a small fruit basket, it is discolored, has always had a discolored strip across the kitchen, holds water in the bathroom and discolors, is hard to keep clean, and gets impression marks from everything including a simple chair. It looks hideous and after a few months, $4,000.00, many complaints, and significant stress we needed a new floor already! The after-service has been beyond awful! We have been avoided and even nearly physically threatened and verbally & aggressively argued, while our small children were present. They are not owning up to their responsibilities and replacing our floor or returning our money. One of the worst experiences of my life for sure and now after saving our money for several years to remodel our kitchen and flooring, we will have to resave like $5,000 to fix and replace their mess! :(

This involved complete exterior painting, various external repairs, replacement of a number of windows and reconstruction of a porch and railings. Several weeks of work would be required. As this is a rental property that I would be unable to constantly monitor, regular reports on the progress of the project would be essential. This company was highly recommended to me by local sources. From beginning to end, I could not have been more satisfied with the experience. The company owner Brian Jones was personally on the site and involved with his team on a daily basis. He provided me with a detailed report of all materials and labor at the end of each week, and also contacted me as any questions came up and not even the smallest deviation from the original contract was made without my understanding and approval. The work was completed on schedule, the cleanup was thorough and the results could not be more impressive. I would highly recommend Innovative Painting and Restoration and Brian Jones to anyone in need of the the wide range services they provide. I tend to be wary of the credibility of one or five star reviews, but I can truly not think of a reason to not give this one the best. So five stars it is.
