JCS was contracted to do interior cleaning of approximately 3,500 square feet (their contract would grow to almost 10,000 square feet, which included a highly sensitive medical laboratory). The quality, service, and attention to detail never faltered even after they committed to the larger and more time-consuming contract. When I was no longer with the practice and moved into another industry, I was once again in the need for a reliable cleaning company. I immediately reached out to JCS. JCS provides excellent cleaning services, but they are so much more. I have called on them in the past for outside maintenance including removing snow from oil-fill tanks and debris from gutters. Inside work included moving and rearranging office furniture to allow for better productivity of staff, fixing door closures, locks and handling all sorts of light maintenance work at both firms. The finished job was always done well, on budget and on-time. They do outstanding work on vinyl floors, from stripping to polishing. They turned our dull, stained and scratched vinyl floors into a new looking floor. However, I think their greatest asset is their attention to detail in everything they do. It does make a difference.

I had a flooded bathroom on the second floor from a broken fitting. The water leaked through the…read morekitchen light fixtures onto my wood floor and then down to the basement. It was a mess! Dave Landry was there within 20 minutes and started the cleanup process. He had one of his men bring over a huge dehumidifier connected to mats to suction the water from the floor in the kitchen, saving the floors. Then big blowers started drying the water in the ceiling. The ceiling eventually needed work, but all of his crew was helpful, careful and courteous. I am very appreciative and recommend them highly.

I have them scheduled again for this spring to renovate two bathrooms and replace some windows. The young men that packed and moved my things were all incredibly hard working, polite and willing to go the extra mile for me. Everything arrived in great shape and arranged as I wanted. I was frustrated that the owner/spokesperson Ely insisted I needed two 26-foot trucks and a five person team to move out of a 1096 sq ft space into a 784 sq ft home. Ely stressed me out for an entire week while I agreed I would probably need one full size truck, I was giving a lot away before moving (which I explained) and two large trucks would be overkill. The move ended up needing half of one 26 foot truck. Afterwards, I get no acknowledgement or apology from Ely on his mis-diagnosis. he had me stressed for days on the cost of my move. I am sure I paid for the extra large truck they needed to fill with gas and drag around the entire move. At this point, I'm just glad it's over.
