Jordans Cleaning Solutions checks all my must-have boxes! Small local business whose first…read morepriority is the client. We first began working together in 2016 at an extremely busy medical practice with daily foot traffic close to 200. JCS was contracted to do interior cleaning of approximately 3,500 square feet (their contract would grow to almost 10,000 square feet, which included a highly sensitive medical laboratory). The quality, service, and attention to detail never faltered even after they committed to the larger and more time-consuming contract. When I was no longer with the practice and moved into another industry, I was once again in the need for a reliable cleaning company. I immediately reached out to JCS. JCS provides excellent cleaning services, but they are so much more. I have called on them in the past for outside maintenance including removing snow from oil-fill tanks and debris from gutters. Inside work included moving and rearranging office furniture to allow for better productivity of staff, fixing door closures, locks and handling all sorts of light maintenance work at both firms. The finished job was always done well, on budget and on-time. They do outstanding work on vinyl floors, from stripping to polishing. They turned our dull, stained and scratched vinyl floors into a new looking floor. However, I think their greatest asset is their attention to detail in everything they do. It does make a difference.

He and the crew gave me a full price estimate and timeline on the project, asking for half the money as a deposit, also to be used for supplies with the other half due at completion. It took me a few weeks to obtain the building permit required for my porch. He kept in contact with me through that process to ensure we were on the same page and he could start as soon as I got everything in order. Brandon and the guys arranged to start on a day that worked for me, starting at around 9am to sunset everyday until both projects were done. They were profession and courteous through the whole job, only leaving behind sawdust in the grass. Great group of guys. I later had them come back to replace an 8x12 section of subfloor, main door to the house and floor tiles for the kitchen/entry way. Same experience as the first job. I have them scheduled again for this spring to renovate two bathrooms and replace some windows. Apex Construction is one of the best representations of a Maine local business I've seen in a long time. You'll end up keeping their phone number in your contacts for your next construction project, for sure. Joe was highly responsive and provided a succinct overview of service and costs. I appreciated his comfort in communicating via text, and we also had a couple of brief phone calls. I was very confident to book my move with Ultimate Transitions, and I am so glad I did. Moving is one of the most stressful things to go through. On moving day, Joe showed up on time and handled all of the logistics with professionalism and care. We needed help moving some bigger pieces of furniture around in the space as well, and he demonstrated real expertise in deconstructing and rebuilding, navigating doorways, and understanding dimensions and angles. Joe's confidence is clearly the result of over a decade of experience. Most importantly, the Ultimate Transitions crew was kind and genuine--not a small thing for me, especially during the stress of moving. I would call them again in a heartbeat and am a big supporter of this emerging business here in Maine.
