Dave Landry was there within 20 minutes and started the cleanup process. He had one of his men bring over a huge dehumidifier connected to mats to suction the water from the floor in the kitchen, saving the floors. Then big blowers started drying the water in the ceiling. The ceiling eventually needed work, but all of his crew was helpful, careful and courteous. I am very appreciative and recommend them highly.

Even though…read morethey were super-busy due to a snow storm with lots of damage, they got the drying out process started and then after a few days when they had taken care of more pressing emergencies, came back to begin the demoliton and restoration. Dave Landry is local guy and he's been in the business a long time. He seems to have a lot of good sources for replacing unusual radiators, hardwood floors, etc. He seems to know all of the insurance adjusters, contractors, and even gives tips on local restaurants and entertainment. I can't say enough about how much he helped us recover from this disaster

I highly recommend A Neat Nook Services here in Belfast. If I could give 6 stars I would!! Eric was…read morehelpful in every way! We had to move out of our rental of five years and communicated with Eric throughout the process. He came to the property to discuss details and provide an estimate and was flexible with our schedule. Assured us if there were left over boxes, materials and / or trash, he would dispose of them. There is nothing "fun" about moving, we were exhausted by the packing and the physical moving process, Eric made it so much easier. The place "sparkled in the end", he used a razor blade on the stove and the refrigerator and oven looked new! It feels great to leave a place ready for the next renters to come in and make a home, Eric went above the call, I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and again. Thank you!!!

I want to highly recommend LeeLee.She came and started working the minute she arrived. She was sympathetic to my problem and had no judgment about what the place looked like even though I knew it was very bad. She is personable, good at communication, and willing to help in any way she can. Very thorough and concerned about the work she's doing and the satisfaction that I felt after she did the job. This is an ongoing project for me. She's here when I need her, dedicated to do the job as long as her schedule permits juggling other clients. If she commits to a time and day for you on a regular basis you can be sure that she will be most diligent about it. She's prompt and if there's a problem she's willing to be flexible; also very reasonably priced. You won't be sorry if you hire her for the job.
