Sarah delivered her estimate exactly when she said she would and all details were as stated in our original call. I had decided before receiving her estimate that I would be completing the project on my own (moved into a tiny apartment from a BIG house and there are boxes everywhere.) NO WAY even the most accomplished cleaner, which I totally believe Sarah to be, could work under those conditions. I replied to Sarah's correspondence and estimate with the news, and she was completely gracious, letting me know to keep her contact info and to get in touch if I had any need in the future. I hired Melissa to clean for my mother a year ago. I found her to be very orderly and her work very…read moreclean and orderly. Very professional. I by no means found her labor overpriced for the quality of the care my mother's home received. I did have a very hard time to get into her but from what I understand she was very busy with her clients as well as clients waiting for her to try to take them on. From what I understand she likes working alone to keep the quality of her services to a high standard. I found her very polite and punctual.
