They gave it a cleaning and agreed to come out a second time for a full scope with another camera. Unfortunately they couldn't quite get all the way to the top, again due to the unusually tricky construction of my particular chimney. Anthony very generously offered us a full refund, which I felt was a sign of high integrity and pride in his work, at a level you don't often see these days. I appreciated that he was knowledgeable, wanted to make sure he left us with a safe path forward, and was so forthcoming about the limitations. 10/10.

That is why they are getting 2 stars. But his customer service leaves much to be desired. Communication was difficult, and when we showed up in a timely way to pick up our stove as requested, he was rude, told us we should have called first (they should have told us that, then!) and then, when we inquired about having the stove delivered instead (we'd just wasted a 2+ hour trip), told us that because delivery dates were scheduled out so far that we would have to pay another $100 for storage, in addition to the $150 delivery fee, to deliver the stove on THEIR timeline! All of this was said with no apology, never a smile, and no acknowledgement that they were the ones causing the long storage period, not us. We remained courteous throughout the encounter but came away extremely unimpressed AND nervous about how things will go if, God forbid, we ever need service or help of any kind from them. Takeaway: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE so far.
