Had the company use spray foam insulation in my home's basement; work was done on time and is holding up; BUT - at the same time I also had purchased an expensive, whole basement dehumidifier carried and installed by Eastern. When it stopped working a few years later and I contacted Eastern for repairs, they told me they DO NOT SERVICE THE EQUIPMENT THEY SELL. Very irresponsible business practice. This company is very efficient and speedy. I have a house that was closed up for a couple years and it developed mold throughout the entire cellar. Eastern Mold Remediation sent 6 trucks and a crew of 15 workers who swiftly removed everything in the cellar and left only the cement walls and staircase to the upstairs. It smells clean and fresh now. They also installed a dehumidifier to alleviate future problems. They accomplished this task in a day and half, cleaning up all debris and making sure the 30 yard dumpster was packed securely. Eastern Mold remediation came an hour and a half after I called. They identified the problem got rid of the water took tons of photos to document the damage for our insurance company. Set up dehumidifiers and fans and will be back tomorrow to remove all the water damaged stuff in the basement. They were amazing. Extremely efficient and professional.
