We had to move out of our rental of five years and communicated with Eric throughout the process. He came to the property to discuss details and provide an estimate and was flexible with our schedule. Assured us if there were left over boxes, materials and / or trash, he would dispose of them. There is nothing "fun" about moving, we were exhausted by the packing and the physical moving process, Eric made it so much easier. The place "sparkled in the end", he used a razor blade on the stove and the refrigerator and oven looked new! It feels great to leave a place ready for the next renters to come in and make a home, Eric went above the call, I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and again. Thank you!!!
