I used this company years ago to install 8 Windows. They did a good job and replaced one a few years after that was defective. Jake Stevens owner of Stevens Windows and Siding does not stand behind his products. We have a defective window that Jake Stevens will not repair. He blamed it on the manufacture. Stevens Window and Siding sold us a defective window that he will not repair. Jake Stevens told us to got to Portland glass at MY expense. So we have to take the defective out and bring it to Portland glass. Jake Stevens did not offer to repair the window He called and he was told he was wrong for not standing behind his products.....he hung up. I don't know how a business that does not stand behind what sell can be in business. Again, Jake Stevens owner of Stevens Windows and Siding does not have good customer service or stand behind his product. Extremely poor customer service after the sale. Do not offend Jake or he will hang up on you. I would not recommend Stevens Window and Siding to anyone. No customer service after the sale.
