He showed up exactly on time and immediately put me at ease. The problem turned out to be a bit trickier than originally guessed but he worked quickly and calmly and had it solved and fixed within the hour. His professionalism and calm intelligent manner was very welcome in a stressful moment and I was very impressed with his quality work. While he was there I asked him for a quote so I could knock a few things off of my homeowner wish list. He gave me a fair price and we agreed on a time for his return.
