I didn't want to turn anything back on unless it was safe. I called around various places but many were booked or couldn't guarantee service with a minimum $195 troubleshooting fee. They called me back right away. Despite having everyone scheduled out, hearing I had lost my heat with the safety concerns over melted electrical, they agreed to come out today to help me. Aaron was very courteous, responsive, and professional. He came prepared with a spare thermostat, even though I had already purchased one. His work was professional and he made sure things were installed level. The price for the same day service was very reasonable. $99 service entrance fee + repair time. Would highly recommend this company! They look out for their community and were very kind to fit me in under the circumstances on dhort notice. Very grateful to them today!
