The furnace would run all day, every day when it's below 30f outside and the house still couldn't get above 66f. They said there's no furnace that can handle Maine weather! What a load of BS! The room the furnace is in has soot covering everything and they could never find anything wrong with it. THEY LITERALLY TAPED THINGS TOGETHER AND THEN LEFT STUFF UNPLUGGED. Note: none of these problems arose until they began "cleaning" it every year. Had a PROFESSIONAL finally clean up their mess and the furnace is as good as new, but the cost to reverse this company's damages was not cheap. Maurais should be ashamed of themselves for doing this to an older woman and close before they cause someone's furnace to blow up.
