    Recently bought an LG washer/dryer combo from Major Appliance. Had it two weeks and had an issue,…read moreso I called them. Now remember I did ask if he had a repair man and he (David the owner) told me he didn't have enough to keep him busy, so the man went on his own, however he did take care of "Major Appliance" for the owner. When I called David wasn't there, so I left a message regarding the issue (it wasn't a big issue). Hours later I hadn't heard so I called back. The lady in the business area took the call and tried to help, however she ended up telling me to call LG help line. She told me they didn't have a repair man! I told her what the owner had told me, she said he (repair man) doesn't work on LG products. I said I should have been told that!!! I need new appliances but will NOT be dealing with Major Appliance!! I'm sorry I didn't go to Dave's Appliance in Winthrop; I was just trying to deal closer to home first. My impression of the owner is he's a worm and passes the problems to the business lady, she did try to help me out.

The previous owners made sure there was no damage to flooring, etc. and there was always documentation. I would not recommend this company.     The staff at this location is extremely friendly. You are immediately greeted by Security when you…read morewalk in the door and they ask you whether you need assistance. If you decline, they offer to provide customer service at anytime during your visit if you return to them. It's seems overly friendly, but I am not opposed to the level of customer service they are providing as it creates a unique and fun experience. The store overall is a smaller version of the normal store. Their car audio section is in the back let corder, hidden behind the large appliance section. I missed it the first few times I walked in. They have MANY aisles of TVs which appears to be their biggest seller since 1/3 of the store seems to be large screen TVs with the small ones hidden. Their inventory seems small compared to other Best Buys and that is likely due to customer-base in the area. I did utilize Geek Squad services on one occasion to avoid having to travel all the way to the Apple store in Portland. Friendly staff and knowledgable. Overall, it's a nice store, friendly staff, I just find it difficult to locate items compared to other stores.

They made a…read morefraudulent purchase using my best buy card and after I complained, I canceled the card and took out a new one. The fraudulent charge was put onto the new card. I immediately canceled that card which I NEVER received in the mail and I canceled the subscription the charge was for. best buy security put the charge on the CANCELED card two months AFTER I canceled it. They claim I owe the money. I also canceled my total tech subscription and was owed a refund. They stole that, I was told they wouldn't give me the refund because I filed a complaint of a fraudulent charge. Next thing I knew they stole the refund and put it towards the charge they said I owed. So now, online I owe less but I received my January statement and they are still billing me the whole amount of the fraudulent charge. They also threatened me. They said they were going to report me to the three credit bureaus if I didn't pay up. The charge is fraudulent because they didn't have the courtesy to email me BEFORE it was due and alert me to that fact. Geek squad should NOT have access to anyone's best buy card and best buy security definitely doesn't have authorization to use it. Do NOT shop there unless you pay with cash or a check. Do NOT get a best buy card. CITI bank who issues the cards are also corrupt. The proof for me is the fact that I never received the second card and yet they are saying I have it and the fraudulent charge was put on it AFTER I canceled my original card and the subscription it supposedly was for. If something is charged to a canceled card that constitutes fraud! and in this case best buy perpetrated the fraud! I am actually responding to best buy who saw my post and offered to "help". Unfortunately they think everyone in the world has either facebook, twitter or instagram. I have none of those. This only proves to me that they don't care and aren't willing to assist. They can email me at my email if they are sincere about fixing the issue. I find that no one at best buy has any integrity given how they have treated me. Response from the owner a week ago Hello!
