We also had 3 bait stations around the outside of our house. I cancelled in the fall of 2024 thinking my husband and I would do it ourselves. This spring rolled around and I realized doing it ourselves was too much work, so I called around for a couple of quotes. I was shocked at the startup fee plus monthly cost for quarterly visits from the other companies. I contacted Simply Pest again and got on the roster quickly and they did a treatment within days for so much less money. I don't see a need to pay hundreds more for supposed "exceptional service" when Simply Pest does a thorough job for much less. The people have always been friendly and they respond quickly.

Jim sprayed the lawn and supposedly performed the vegetation treatment in all of maybe 15 min. Not possible!!! I contacted Turf Dr so he could return and do it properly. I was told they could not reschedule him because they were busy. I asked for a refund and was told they could not do that either. During the job, however, our garage door and the surrounding metal casing were damaged. To his credit, he offered to file an insurance claim. We agreed instead on a simpler solution--he offered to come back and seal the driveway at no cost. Since then, I've followed up multiple times over an extended period to try to schedule the sealing, but unfortunately haven't been able to get a response. I'm sharing this not to be negative, but in hopes of reconnecting and getting this resolved.
