Not sure about the services, we didn't even get that far. They have a sales rep walking our neighborhood door to door who has been so horrible that even the people who were looking for pest services are not even considering them! This guy is ignoring no soliciting signs, banging on doors so hard it sounds like a swat team. Guy won't take no for an answer, and even if he relents when you repeatedly say no he says he'll come back and does! My whole neighborhood is fed up! Do not use this company This is scam I got 12 months service with auto pay. But salesman didn't mention anything about auto renewal. Service is just 4 times a year. I don't know what they do exactly. This is not good for me. Customer service is so bad. They didn't notice anything service and contract. I don't recommend this company at all. They just take money from your credit card. read more

Ernie came to the house on Wednesday to perform the quarterly service. He went to the front door first to check in with us because I had indicated that we might want to look at some locations inside the house. We had spider webs in a bedroom and the living room so I said I'd show him and get his thoughts. He put on booties before coming into the house. It was great that he was prepared and offered to do this. While looking at the web locations, Ernie gave me a number of options to treat both inside and out with various products. He explained how the chemicals would be applied. I made a decision that seemed the best for us, given the locations, and Ernie took care of business. There wasn't an additional cost for this service. Right up front: This review is from the perspective of a renter. My problem was bugs and wasn't infestation level serious. This is not a paid review, which I was getting major vibes of looking through local services. If this is your situation or you're actually considering calling these guys, this is the review for you. Also apparently under a word limit here, so doing my best. If you're in their range, call them asap. The inspection/identification process with these guys is free and from call to inspection to identification, you're looking at a week. This being my first interaction with any kind of pest control service, I'd thought it was all a same-day-solve process and could have saved myself the stress by calling sooner. Post-pest-identification, they'll give you a quote for treatment, so you could still shop around if you were so inclined. For NH renters, specifically: If you live in NH, you're within your legal right to call a pest control service for your unit. It's the landlord's responsibility to keep the property pest-free and pay for any infestations the renter isn't at fault for, but a legal dispute can result if the landlord can or wants to prove the infestation was the renter's fault. Personally, I love my landlord, but I wasn't 100% on issue identification or if I could be at fault so considered the assessment portion my due diligence and responsibility on the issue. Do whatever works for you considering your circumstances and know most places will only work with owners. My Particular Issue: The main offender was black marks on my shower curtain that appeared suddenly that weren't mold. That lead me to the internet, which lead me to it possibly being a bedbug problem, which lead me to the terrifying pest portion of the internet at large and reddit in particular. In this on-again-off-again research process, I'd suspected bedbugs, bat bugs, carpet beetles, no-see-ems, fleas, baby spiders, lice, you just name it and I probably looked into it and actively hunted for signs. But nothing ever lined up all the way up and signs were never strong enough to justify calling pest control. Then one Thursday night I come home to white things all over my carpet, which had been freshly robot-vacuum cleaned when I left a few hours prior. I snap some pictures, set the vacuum to run again and jump in the shower where I notice marks on my skin popping up at the same time I'm seeing black marks appear on my tub. Whatever was leaving the marks was too small for me to see, but I officially considered pest control justification acquired and start calling around the next morning. The Process: I called their listed number and had to be transferred to a manager of some kind and wait for a callback since I was a renter, but a few hours later I got a call back, told her all of the symptoms of the apartment I could think of and set up an appointment for someone to come look the following Tuesday, which was their earliest available. The inspector gave me a heads up call 15 minutes before arrival that was on the dot for appointment time and then another call when he arrived at the building. He came in and I brought him to the tub where the black marks were as well as showed the pictures of the white carpet things, the pictures of the black marks on the shower curtain (which I'd since replaced) and gave him my collection of packing tape samples of things I'd gathered while panic-deep-cleaning the apartment. He was there for probably 10 minutes checking things, but was very polite and obviously focused on his task. I'd been prepared for the entire 2 hour appointment window, so that was nice for my schedule for the day, but I definitely would have done things differently if I'd known to expect that. Their lab person called the following Thursday to say that all they'd found that was concerning amongst the tape collection was a grain beetle (he was enormous, I named him Timmy, probably the carpet perpetrator, probably got in from contaminated cat food) and fungus gnats (the black mark monster, which I probably have an allergy to), both of which can be taken care of with targeted cleaning. Since neither was parasitic, no treatment plan was required and so this was the end of the situation for me and it didn't cost me a dime. End Summary Having been through this process with them, I literally wouldn't call anyone else if I have any future issues anywhere. Everyone every step along the way was knowledgeable, polite, reassuring, willing to listen and fully committed to working with me. If your #1 fear is bedbugs, they're a licensed user of the "Apprehend" pesticide. Google it and I promise will influence your end decision, especially if you're a pet owner (other pesticides) or electronic hoarder (heat treatments). Photos are pretty much useless to this process, so tape traps/samples you can give them is the way to go. Hopefully this helps someone in need and a big thank you to the company. I have been using Anchor for 2 years. I am paralyzed at the sight of a spider. Since Anchor, I have not seen any except a daddy long leg here and there. I can handle them. I also had an issue with mice in my basement last fall. They came and set bait traps. They came back twice to check and fill the traps, at no additional charge. No more mice! Everyone at Anchor from office staff to technicians are courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. I wouldn't use anyone else. read more

Had a really pushy salesman named Adam try to pitch us at our door. Told him we had somebody already, he kept trying to sell. Told him I'd take a card and call if we were ever looking in the future and he decided he'd tell me why my current company wasn't good. Repeated I wasn't interested and he interrupted me to continue. Claimed to be servicing neighbors during initial surprise sales calls, door to door, then failed to deliver on any simple thing they offered despite signing their form contract and providing payment by credit card as they required. Impossible for me to distinguish them from losers. Lost a day waiting for them and then not even get a spec of preventive service after they arrive based on conditions visible to their expert who does their licensed work. Their own contract says no guarantee of anything and yet their stated reason for not providing their prepaid service is that they cannot guarantee their work. Very strange and suspicious. read more
