We've been customers of Southern NH Pest control for several years now…read more Back a few years ago, we had an issue with termites. They had gotten into the wall between the two garage doors. The folks from Southern NH Pest control came in and treated the property, and we haven't seen a termite since. We signed up for their monitoring program. They put containers with wood that is yummy to termites around the house, and check it a number of times a year for termite activity. If they find any activity, they treat as necessary to ensure the problem does not get into the house. We've been pleased with the service. We had the opportunity to use them one other time when a bee colony managed to get into the wall between our garage and our kids bedroom. You could hear the bees humming in the wall. Our kids were afraid to go into their room. We called Southern NH Pest control and they addressed the problem.

They immediately responded to our request, and set up an appointment for the following day to perform an inspection. During the inspection, they determined that the noise we heard that we thought was coming from inside the walls may have been an animal scratching the outside of our house, because there were no signs any animals were getting inside the house. We had wildlife traps set up in our house from a previous mouse and squirrel intrusion a couple years ago. The Pro Pest specialist inspected those traps and determined they were still operable and didn't need to be replaced. After his review, he determined that no services were necessary and didn't charge us for his inspection. He could have easily ripped us off and pushed a service on us that wasn't needed, but he didn't. I recommend using Pro Pest Control Service if you want a good, honest service and prompt response time.

Critter Control was able to stop by quickly to give a quote for removal/repair within a day or two and then was able to immediately start the work to remove the squirrels and cover up the holes they made within two business days. They answered all my questions along the way and did a great job with quickly catching the squirrel who was causing the issues and patching up the holes with metal and metal mesh to deter any future intrusions. Overall, I'm super satisfied with the work they did, their responsiveness, and their price!
