Sean from Swat Pest and Wildlife was absolutely fantastic! He responded, almost immediately, to…read moremy after hours request and answered several questions during that phone call. He arrived on time to the non-emergency appointment scheduled a couple of days after my initial request. Sean was very knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and took the time to answer all of my questions and to inspect bugs that I had never seen before. To my absolute horror, he confirmed that my house indeed had termites and that my c.1890 fieldstone foundation was allowing mouse entry. For a small business, the prices are actually a little more cost effective than larger extermination services. The termite treatment lasts 10 years and is transferable. Pets and my disability were taken into consideration during the initial, specialized treatments for termites, spiders, and mice. Because the house could not be "bug bombed" and certain areas couldn't be treated, he returns every 3 months for monitoring. He notifies me a few days beforehand to let me know when he'll arrive and always takes the time to answer any questions. If you're ever in need of an exterminator, Swat Pest and Wildlife is definitely the one to call!

John Meredith has been our pest control technician for about a year now, and he's been fantastic…read morefrom day one. He is incredibly knowledgeable--not just about mice, ants, bees (including every kind of bee), and even rats--we've unfortunately had them all living near a pond. He takes the time to explain things, and you can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. He's also just a great person. On his last visit, he had finished up and was heading to his truck when he spotted a stunned baby bird sitting in the middle of the street. Without a second thought, he stopped to help. We moved it somewhere safe and gave it a little water, and before long its parents came back for it. It had nothing to do with pest control, but it said everything about John.

Given that (putting it mildly) unpleasantness, I asked for a more experienced person to perform the treatment (for carpenter ants and mice.) They promised "Andrew" who, they said, had 20 years' experience. Again, another disappointment. They sent a much younger, far less experienced fellow. I am more than peeved. The owner's name is Brian Goldman, which to me right now, is synonymous with a lack of integrity.
