Sean was very knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and took the time to answer all of my questions and to inspect bugs that I had never seen before. To my absolute horror, he confirmed that my house indeed had termites and that my c.1890 fieldstone foundation was allowing mouse entry. For a small business, the prices are actually a little more cost effective than larger extermination services. The termite treatment lasts 10 years and is transferable. Pets and my disability were taken into consideration during the initial, specialized treatments for termites, spiders, and mice. Because the house could not be "bug bombed" and certain areas couldn't be treated, he returns every 3 months for monitoring. He notifies me a few days beforehand to let me know when he'll arrive and always takes the time to answer any questions. And this is where the story takes a positive turn. Signed up online and received a text with a link of who was coming and what day. Included information of what was going to be performed and how much. On the day of the appointment, my daughter let the technician in and I immediately found him to be polite, professional, and naturally friendly to my dog. I was instantly put at ease. Having never had to use a pest service, I was concerned about who would be going through my house and this poor soul had to crawl and climb all over a completely turned upside-down house, on a hot July day. Every step of the way he was a bevy of information and empathy. I was quite comfortable having him move about my house without me, he earned my complete trust. He set some bait and traps and had immediate results the evening after the first visit. He returned 2 weeks later to clear the traps (3 kills!) and seal up the outside. And since Mass Bay completed their work, no mice! In terms of value, the price was in the 3 figures. What would you pay for peace of mind? Mass Bay's options and pricing seemed fair and I will consider setting up a yearly contract with them, again for that peace of mind. I also learned quite a bit about mice in general, which was a nice add. I like when people geek out about their work, it's a good sign of happy employees. Happy employees do excellent work. Hello, We paid a lot…read moreof money ($2000.00) for Exclusion Treatment last month and there is a follow-up scheduled today with the times shown for 8 a.m to 5 pm. I called 3 days ago to request a morning time window, and followed up with three more calls to request this narrowed window as we do not live at the home where the work is being done and can not be there all day, waiting there for Tyler to call us on the same date of service, to let us know what time he will arrive. We also have an hour drive to get to the property. This is not fair to ask of anyone. Each time I contacted Terminix to confirm a morning appointment (4 times over 3 days) the representative informed me that the the tech, Tyler Dashund, the service tech was not pickingI am unable alter the time or confirm a reasonable window to wait for his arrival. This is extreme poor service as I have no idea what time he will be there to plan our day. An 8 hour window of needing to be available, on top of an additional 1 hour commute. We spent a lot of money for a service where we are unable to speak to anyone to properly schedule a reasonable wait time for service. I am very disappointed and inconvenienced by his lack of communication and the fact that the call center can't reach him or a supervisor for 3 days in order to provide us a reasonable 3-4 hour morning window. Also, I was provided an incorrect email address twice when I tried to address this issue by the call center. I was unable to speak with a supervisor as the call center did not have this information. Update: Tyler showed up around 10:00 a.m with no message to tell us the time he would be there. This is unacceptable given my previous requests to learn what time he would be there.

WHAT kind of company does not have a working website for over 5 months. The original contract was detailed, but the copy I recevied just listed the total, not details of the itmes.
