Chris and Andrea are always prompt to respond to our calls and any questions, and are clear with any info or instructions we might need (like how long to leave the house for when they spray). We've had them out to help with ants, mice, yellow jackets, and wasps and have seen a massive difference. Chris was also kind enough to show us what steps we could do to help us seal parts of the house to prevent things from entering. He's crazy knowledgable about every little creature! We love that they're a local company that we can recognize the faces of. And, they stand by their work -- we had a massive yellow jacket nest in our soffit removed, and three weeks later they were back (or so we thought). We called and Andrea found time to get Chris to come over quickly, only to find out it was actually some new black wasps that moved in to a nearby spot which Chris quickly took care of. Will be happy to keep using their services for years to come!

Used a backpsack sprayer and killed the nest. Then he put eye goggles, mask and gloves on and ripped the nest from tree to remove it. I learned my lesson - let the pros at Marlboro do it.

They were supposed to come once a month to check for pests and deal with them. Unfortunately, they do not seem to have enough techs to service all their customers. They "cancelled" the second monthly service without informing us. When we asked when they would be out to spray for ants they said we were not covered for ants. This is not what we were told when we spoke to the salesman. For $175 a month you would expect the most destructive pest would be covered. I can't recommend this company.

The negative we had was the project leader for the day of work seemed to have cut corners in several places. It started with not all of the work being done that was on the invoice. The office believed me and sent out a worker to check and they validated the work was not done that was in the invoice. When Mass Save came to inspect the work, they also found the light covers were not installed correctly. All and all, it required 4 visits to complete the work for a variety of reasons.

When the work was completed, our Building Inspector flagged the work for an insufficient amount of blown-in insulation. Months passed. When Rogers came back for the re-do, they didn't bring enough tubing to reach the attic opening, so they had to go back to Framingham to get more. This despite the fact that the company had already done work here previously, and should have known how much tubing was needed. In the end, the job was done correctly, per the Building Inspector, but the process required more of my time and attention than it should have, with appointments and phone calls. Also without the Building Inspection, we would not have know that insufficient insulation had been installed.

Dana explained everything in great detail and in language I could understand, and he went through the house with a fine-toothed comb. This home is a renovation, and everything is brand new, so my realtor expected us to be done with the inspection fairly quickly. Dana spent more time than he had to, explaining things to me, telling me about things I'd need to think of in the future regarding owning a home, and taking pictures of everything so that I have a record of where things are and what they do. Working with him allieviated all of my fears around us missing something that would end up becoming a huge expense to me. I felt like I had a favorite uncle looking out for me and making sure that he was giving me the guidance I needed in a process that is totally unfamiliar and kind of scary. I plan to be in my new home for a long time, but if I ever do decide to go through this process again, he will absolutely be the one I hire as an inspector!

When Lee came out he was a lot more thorough, he pointed out lots of places the other guys missed (maybe they would have gotten it had they actually come out but they didn't say anything about it to me) including two very dangerous growths I wasn't even aware of. He schedule me in a few weeks and did a great job and returned a bit later to get anything he missed. Late in the year I found another whole patch I had missed that I don't think he realized was part of my yard. He came out the next day to treat it. Absolutely great service. I hope never to have to call him again but if I have any more ivy I won't even bother to look around, he's my first choice.
