This business is a scam. The sale rep Eddie claimed that they were a small business owner, and that they had been servicing the house for the previous owner. If we were not happy then all money back guaranteed. All the claims they made were just sale tactics to make us sign a contract, as the sale rep was NOT the business owner among other things (and previous owners used different service. We had our first service, was not satisfied, called to cancel, the company said they would have to charge a cancellation fee of $500. We had to talk at length about how we were misled by Eddie and finally we were able to cancel without a fee. However, we were already charged for the second service that was never scheduled (and the business said they could not refund that charge). Beware of this scam. read more

Although we have had "proof" service for a number of years now, he is the first technician to not only find possible entry points (without being asked) but also take action to block them. I called to cancel our service days after they billed us $65. Proof said its their "policy" not to extend service once cancelled...even though I just paid $65 for the month. Updating my original review: I got a call from a manager, she was so kind and card about my customer experience and made a note to have ongoing employee training on their policies. Began using this service in November of 2022. Technicians have all been wonderful and professional. As summer started and we used the porch and patio more, I noticed lots of spider webs. Called for service in May, and they responded. Called for service in July same issue spiders and webs, they sent out a tech. A week later, using porch , many big long spider webs. Sent email with pictures. Requested refund of last service and to cancel subscription. Was told must call. Called, if I want to cancel, I have to REPAY the discount offered when I signed up. Regardless of how ineffective the product is, I have to pay to cancel. Do not recommend, buyer beware. read more

I've had multiple issues with salesmen showing up at my house due to a previous owner using their services but when I say I'm not interested and I ask them to leave they become argumentative and refuse. These folks knocked on my door at the end of May right after we discovered a major outbreak of sugar ants which we had never had before. They came to do the "treatment" 2 days later. A week later we were still getting them, they came and did another "treatment" again. Here we are a 6 weeks later and we still have ants. A month after they charged my card for the initial service they charged my card again for the monthly service BUT they only come every 90 days! Kristen is exceptional. She worked with us for over 2 months trying to get rid of springtails that were blanketing our master bathtub nightly. She went above and beyond, researching the stubborn pests, and worked with management to purchase products they typically didn't carry. She could not have been more thorough or more of a pleasure to work with. She provides personalized service, checking in regularly, which is such a nice touch. Dealing with office staff is also a pleasure. We have an annual contract and have always been able to schedule prompt in-between visits whenever needed. Friendly and thorough service as they sprayed for insects , both inside and outside the house, including my inner garage and woodshed for my initial treatment. They announced via email and follow up with a call on when they were visiting. It was within the 2 hour window and were punctual. Also they provided bait enclosures for mice for both my woodshed and inner garage. The company will follow up with another call and possible follow-up treatment after 30 day of the prior treatment. We have lived in North Easton, MA now for one year. Selected Proof Pest Control from the time we moved into the house until now. We've had such a great experience using the service especially working with Jeff Bialecki. When an appointment/service is due we are notified that a technician is scheduled. We specifically request Jeff. He is quick to respond and listens to our concerns with any specific bugs, bees, etc and acts appropriately to what is our concern at the time. I am very disappointed by the service provided. Except the spaying, there is not real professional service they are providing. We saw bees inside our house and called service. The only thing they can do is walking outside the house to see if any nest could be identified. Since the bee always showed us close to our chimney, I asked if he could check the chimney. The answer I got is that they are not supposed to claim up. So nothing they can do to treat my bee problem. We also had mouse problem in attic and called for service. The only thing they did is to put bait on the attic and guaranteed the mouse will die outside with the special bait they have. They were not able to find any entry way for the mouse. Few days later we had a dead mouse showed up in our bathroom. We felt lucky it did not die inside the walls or attic. I called for service again because we still heard scratching noises on the attic. They came again and replaced the bait. This time they identified possible entry and sealed it up but reopened it after I questioned about how the mouse will get out. I have no idea now when the mouse will leave my attic. If all they are offering is spraying, why I am paying so much for something my kid can easily do with protection?! read more

These guys are amazing! From the sales process all the way to the spraying and inspection, they were professional. We had an ant and spider problem in our basement, and I started noticing some centipedes which really freaked out my wife. Now our home seems to be bug free! I would recommend these guys to anyone. You can buy bug spray at the store, or you could buy from a lot of different companies, but why not buy from these guys? They have honest salespeople that seemed to be college students on summer break. We were excited to help out, and the service in return surpassed our expectations. The technician arrived on time, was knowledgeable and made an attempt to address the issue with yellow jacket wasps getting into the house. I had already sprayed with Raid and there was not much he could do at that point. But he did identify the entry point into the house from the outside and he applied an insecticide powder. That was very helpful as I could follow up after he left as I knew how they were getting in. On the other hand, and this is no reflection on the technician, the company did not follow up to determine whether the wasps getting into my house had been eliminated. The wasps did in fact rebound and I had to repeat spraying. There was also no follow up concerning the mouse traps that were set outside and one in the garage. The spraying for large black ants and spiders around the house perimeter was ineffective. All in all the technician did the best he could with what he had to work with. I would have appreciated follow up though by the company. I devoted a lot of time over the summer to DIY extermination. So 5 stars to Warren Smith who was very responsive to the issues and quite transparent about what he could and couldn't accomplish. 3 stars to Proof. read more

Amazing deal! I can't believe how great getting this service would be for our home and family. Last year, we had just moved into our new home when a salesman came to the door. I took the time to listen and avoided emptying a few boxes. I purchased the proof pest control service at that moment. They are professional, helpful, informative, friendly and most importantly get rid of every pest you don't want to have around. They arrive on the scheduled date and at the scheduled time. The quarterly applications and home reviews are timed well for the seasons. Alberto, Raymond and Steve have been the three professionals who have serviced my home. I live in a rural area and they have assisted with primarily spiders and ants until last month. Steve removed a wasps nest from under one of my bushes. BE CAREFUL!! They rang our doorbell last summer as they were in the neighborhood. We had never heard of them. I agreed to have them spray for bees and ants around the house (foundation and roof) and pool. I told the salesman (who claimed he'd be spraying but had someone else) I only wanted a few treatments to see how it went. He verbally agreed but said I had to sign his tiny digital contract. I never gave a credit card as we would pay as they treated. It didn't work the first time so they did come back to respray. I paid by personal check. When they came back end of summer they illegally took payment using the router number on my check. I discovered this when I got my statement. I immediately called and they agreed and quickly removed it. I told them we would call when needed. DO NOT come to our house unannounced. Well, they showed up today and tried to charge us. We never called and would never have a treatment in a rain storm. They only care about selling services. read more
