Great, professional, friendly, and reliable service. Work is thorough and we are now bug free in our home, what a relief! Last year we had a yellow jacket nest in our house which was pretty scary. First yellow jacket that showed up this year, I contacted D&T. Also, in past years, were constantly trying to keep carpenter and other ants at bay with home solutions that hardly made a dent. I'm so happy to not have to deal with them anymore. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!! read more

John was prompt and very friendly, I enjoyed meeting him. We walked through the home together and he inspected all but the 2 sheds in the yard which have not been an issue. I was home as he knocked down the wasp nests and left when he was treating the interior for ants. He locked both doors on his way out as agreed and treated our home with respect and care. He was terrific. read more

Steve was friendly and professional when he came to the door. He let us know he would retreat the areas that we had issues with mosquitoes, while working in the yard. I believe he addressed the areas and identified a couple others that needed extra attention and treated those, as well. D&T responded and Steve came right out promptly after we called them. Tough season for skeeters, so we appreciate the work and response from D&T. read more

D&T is the absolute best company to work with. They are so quick to get to your house to address issues and every single person you work with, from the person scheduling your appointment to the technicians showing up, is the nicest person you'll ever meet. They are reasonably priced and extremely reliable. I highly recommend the gold package. Our technician Mike is a wealth of knowledge about mice, ants and bees behavior. I learned a lot during the free home inspection process. I was offered a variety of reasonably priced solutions for the critters they identified. I chose the gold package as it seems the most comprehensive and is a long term investment in our property, with a guarantee. Highly recommended Mike and the company D&T Pest and Termite Control!! read more

I have personally used this company. They are a very professional company with excellent technicians.

Seamus was fabulous. He came quickly and really knew his stuff and was not phased by the fact that our kids were being wild and my husband and I were both on work calls for most of his inspection. We waited patiently for us and explained exactly what was going on very clearly. Can't recommend more! read more

I first used D&T when I was going through a home inspection. John came out and did a very thorough job. We didn't end up going through with the house but we did find another home and we used them again to do our seasonal mosquito & tick treatment (June-September) since 2019. Their technicians are professional and does the job quick. We recently used them for an additional service, pest spray inside our home and once again, their technician that came was very friendly, professional and explained everything thoroughly of what he will be doing! I haven't had a bad experience with them and will continue using them for any pest issues! read more

Not thrilled with D&T Pest and Termite Control. I had a squirrel in my attic that needed immediate removal and the best they could do was offer me a date five days out for an estimate. I got the squirrel out on my own but they weren't certainly no help. Disappointment. read more

Great service, from my initial call to make an appointment to Jason coming to the house to do a full assessment and make recommendations. Professional and polite and very thorough. Looking forward to continually using their services. read more

I am impressed with this company. I called because I noticed A LOT of earwigs coming into our house when the weather got warmer. I was literally finding them alive in every room- yuck! D&T sent someone out on a Saturday morning (so convenient for those who work full-time during the week!) and I will admit the first visit wasn't exactly what I hoped BUT when I called and told them my concerns they immediately apologized and sent someone out again today, another Saturday morning, to spray the entire house (again) and address my concerns. Their customer service is wonderful. Danielle (I hope I got her name correct) works in their office - she is great. She listened to my "complaints" and addressed the situation promptly. We will be using D&T in the future and I would highly recommend - they really want to do a good job and make the customer happy. read more

Initially I was happy with D and T. Came soon after my phone call to access problem (bats), back within a week to put traps out. It was after this that I became dissatisfied. They did not come back to remove traps until my umpteenth call. Each time I called I was told next week I was on the schedule. Finally end of Jan. after yet another phone call someone finished the job. I believe we started in Aug/Sept. also I had to pay upfront $900, shame on me! There was no delay in cashing my check, just a delay in finishing the job! read more

These guys are great. They do our yard for ticks. They are always on time and call when they can not come due to inclement weather.

We have used D&T exclusively since 1999...about 18 services in all. Never had an issue, responsive and professional....until August. We contracted D&T to install a squirrel trap at my roof....It was to stay there about a month. It worked fine but it's installation coincided with a last minute schedule change with our roofer completing our new roof. No problem, the roofer took the trap down, and when Christina from D&T called to inform us they were coming to remove it, I told her of the situation. I informed her there was no need for them to come out to finish, as the trap has been removed. (it was about 18" square of steel mesh and a poly tube) I mentioned I assumed there would be some kind of adjustment in our service as the second visit would not be required. Christina told me there is no adjustment as the "homeowner" took it upon himself to remove it. I explained to her that's not quite fair as it's pretty much the same work to remove the trap on the second visit as it was on the first...drive to home, set up ladder, climb up and remove trap, take down trap and leave. ( I was with the men when they installed it) I told her I felt some consideration should be required with only about 1/2 the service done. She said Danielle would call me. Received an email from Danielle stating she could reach not me on the number I left with Christina (the same number Christina has used to schedule with us). She gave a curt message that "since the contractors took the trap down....we can't refund when the homeowner takes it upon themselves (to remove it)." Hmmm..... No attempt to work with the situation except to say we have your $500 and none of it is coming back ....no matter if you are long term customer and not all the work is performed..... Fair enough....I'll find another... read more

I just had a massive hornet hive removed by D&T Pest Control and I was so impressed with their service that I want to make sure everyone knows about my experience. I have had this hive in my yard for days now and have a 2 year old so I was very worried about getting this taken care of as quickly as possible. I called a few other pest control companies in the area and couldn't even get a call back. I then spoke to D &T and they were very polite and helpful over the phone and had Mike arrive at my home no more than a couple of hours later. Mike also called me 30 minutes prior to his arrival so I could plan accordingly and came and educated me on exactly what he was going to do to alleviate my problem. He put on his bee suit and handled this hive like a walk in the park and it was truly amazing to see. I found him extremely professional and helpful and I would highly recommend he and this company to anyone in the area who needs a customer service oriented company they can trust for their pest control needs. Excellent work guys! Keep it up!! read more
