EHS was under contract with my condo community until recently. The condo community has opted to…read morefind a new pest service company based on ineffective service and multiple complaints from many residents. I have mice or some other rodent in the walls of my home; I can hear them at night and I have recorded the noise and played it for an EHS representative who confirmed it sounded like mice. Yet, EHS has been to my home four times over two months and "found no evidence" of any pest, which sounds awesome in theory. However, it means nothing is being done to actually remove my rodents that I know are in there. Every single time EHS comes it's a different representative. Each one is completely unfamiliar with the situation. Sometimes EHS sends a representative that cannot physically fit in the attic, despite being reminded that a smaller person would be best for the job due to the tiny entrance. One time they didn't bring a ladder, despite being told they'd need one to access my attic. If they can't fit in my attic and look in there, how do they actually know if it's clear of pests or not? Are they just guessing? Seems like it. I even had one EHS representative tell me that all of the traps the previous EHS representative had put out were "useless." How does that make me feel, when I paid for that service and took time off from work for the "useless" service to be rendered? Basically, EHS has been a waste of money and my paid time off from work, since they have to come in the middle of the work week and someone has to be home to provide access.

Included information of what was going to be performed and how much. Having never had to use a pest service, I was concerned about who would be going through my house and this poor soul had to crawl and climb all over a completely turned upside-down house, on a hot July day. This is another true company who has your back as a client of theirs…read more When i called them out to spray my bee nest issue, they observed the area and we came together to the conclusion that we had already solved our own bee issue ourselves. They did address my mouse and chipmunk concerns as we had some intruders recently and as well they were able to locate exact access points and see an opening in use by a chipmunk. They sealed all of our concerns beautifully and cost efficiently. As well as covering our rodent concerns, they did a spray of our house exterior for any crawling insects, which is a 3 month durability and will protect against any insects trying to crawl in. We did see a centipede recently and the ants have been out and about recently with weather warming up. As well as them spotting carpenter ants in abundance, this spray resolved any concerns about these bugs wreaking havoc for a few months at least. Overall, the quote for the original service was great but unnecessary. The work completed was under the original service price and i ended the day with no pest concerns, and as a happy customer who the company listened to, explained and pointed out direct spots and how to move forward with various solutions.
