Bob was professional, prompt, communicative, and pricing was very fair. Our issue was ~20 wasps aggressively flying around on our front porch and we were unable to find the nest. Bra-Wey came out the very next day and was incredibly punctual. Within just 5 minutes, Bob identified that the wasp nest was likely hidden beneath some boulders and sprayed the areas where the wasps were likely hiding. He was excellent with communication, explaining to me to keep my dog away from the area and that he inserted some warning yellow flags in the ground to warn about the sprayed area. He said he would come back the following week if the wasp activity persists and was even planning on sending a worker over to weed whack the area to ensure the wasps would be eliminated.
