This is not a company you can rely on…read more We spent over $10K getting bait stations and squirrel guard installed which went well. They were supposed to come once a month to check for pests and deal with them. Unfortunately, they do not seem to have enough techs to service all their customers. They "cancelled" the second monthly service without informing us. When we asked when they would be out to spray for ants they said we were not covered for ants. This is not what we were told when we spoke to the salesman. For $175 a month you would expect the most destructive pest would be covered. I can't recommend this company.

When he asked how long I had lived in the house I burst into tears because I had to separate from my husband just the day before. I explained this and that he had drained our bank account. I thanked him for coming but explained that I couldn't afford to use his services at the time. He set traps anyway and came back a week later. He then arranged for the house to be secured to keep the critters from getting in and get the existing ones out and only charged me for the materials. He didn't have to do this, but he did. I was helped during a time that I was in such a dire situation and this act of kindness reminded me that good does exist. I have not had any further problems and it seems that precision wildlife has taken care of the animals waking me and my baby up in the middle of the night.

Bob was professional, prompt, communicative, and pricing was very fair. Our issue was ~20 wasps aggressively flying around on our front porch and we were unable to find the nest. Bra-Wey came out the very next day and was incredibly punctual. Within just 5 minutes, Bob identified that the wasp nest was likely hidden beneath some boulders and sprayed the areas where the wasps were likely hiding. He was excellent with communication, explaining to me to keep my dog away from the area and that he inserted some warning yellow flags in the ground to warn about the sprayed area. He said he would come back the following week if the wasp activity persists and was even planning on sending a worker over to weed whack the area to ensure the wasps would be eliminated. We decided to go with Michael and a few days later (before our scheduled installation date) our boiler/heating system completely broke and we had no hot water. He again stopped by and looked it and offered to try to fix it temporarily. We appreciated the offer but we just waited for the scheduled installation date that we had already set. Michael had said it would take 3 days to install and it took 3 days. He arrived on time every day and worked all day in the very hottest of days. His subcontractor/electricians came on the last day and they were polite and on time. We asked them for their business cards in case we needed future electrical work. On the initial visit they discussed the options around a one-time treatment or an annual service plan that would both take care of the issue of the day and would provide a quarterly visit on a go-forward basis both for preventative treatment and for any new issues noticed. With a cost-friendly annual offering, we opted for that service and have been thoroughly impressed with the level of service. During the pandemic, any inside treatments and visits are handled with a mask and safety in mind and we have not had any recurrence of ants.
