He guaranteed the spray for 90 days, so if there are any issues within that time frame, he will come out and respray for free. Great find on Yelp! Thanks!!

Either noone picked up, or I received outrageous prices (upwards of $300-$400). I noticed a local business right in our area and called Bill at Hawkeye. He noticed they bore a hole in the shingles and promptly sealed it after spraying inseticide as well as completely removing the nest with zero residue. I thank you Bill and will recommend your services in the future! A+++

My first call, sorry there are no appointments and I see you have an appointment in a week and a half you will have to wait. I asked for a Manager to call me. On the 4th business day I called again. I was told scheduler would call me. On the 6th business day, I was told scheduler would call me and Manager would come out. On the 7th business day, I was told I would have to wait until my appointment. My cabinet was infested with 100's of sugar ants and they just didn't care. I had 3 appointments in the prior 3 months with this same issue. Why didn't the technician look for the nest to try to resolve the problem. Why did I not get a call from the Manager. One representative told me the Manager was in the field and couldn't answer calls because he would never get any work done. I am leaving this review because this is not the first time I have called with sugar ant issues and have had to wait over a week for a technician to come out. They also have very high turnover. Most technicians don't even spray inside they just walk around the house. I also thought they were spraying for carpenter ants all these years. I was told I didn't have that service. No one ever told me, I never received anything to tell me my service changed. One more thing, if a technician doesn't show up, you will not receive a call to tell you they are not coming. It will be up to you, to call Orkin. Use a local pro, who owns the small business and needs to keep their customers happy because this is how they make their living.
