To their credit, they returned and attempted to clean the damage, but they were unable to remove the stains. They acknowledged that the damage was their responsibility and agreed to pay for the apartment to be repainted. Months later, despite repeated follow-up, we have still not been compensated. It's incredibly disappointing that a company would admit fault, promise to make things right, and then fail to follow through. Accidents happen, and I understand that. What matters is how a company responds. Unfortunately, Guardian's customer service after the damage occurred has been far more frustrating than the original mistake. I cannot recommend a company that does not stand behind its commitments.

The salesman was pushing me into a contract, basically let me believe it would be cheaper to get the contract plan then cancel it later if I wanted to. The problem is, he didn't mention the two hundred change cancellation fee. Keeping the two year contract would have cost me $70 a month. I didn't have much time to shop around and needed it done quickly, so my bad for not reading the fine print. READ the fine print. Anyway when I called the customer service line, they were unsympathetic and basically left me feeling like, sorry chump. My point was the representitive could have easily mentioned that when I told him I intended to cancel after the initial visit. The budget for my steps was costing me enough and I was looking for the best price. Be wary of this company, they are shady and apparently don't care about customer service or their reputation over the dollar. Which by the way their prices in general are rediculous unless money is no concern for you.
