I can't say enough good things about the technician who comes to debug and service my home. He (Kevin Graham) in willimantic ctconsistently goes above and beyond every time he's here. No matter how complicated the issue is, he takes the time to thoroughly investigate the problem, explain everything clearly, and make sure it's resolved correctly. What stands out most is his professionalism, patience, and dedication to customer service. He never rushes through the job and always makes sure everything is working properly before he leaves. It's clear that he genuinely cares about doing quality work and helping his customers. Reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly, he has made every experience a positive one. I truly appreciate all of his hard work and would highly recommend him to anyone needing service or support. read more

I can't say how awesome both Kevin and Dave were at this service call. When faced with a challenge to access particular areas of the soffits and eaves , they both were determined to come up with a solution until the job was completely and successfully done. While this is normally a one-person job at most homes, The entire Debug team, from the scheduling agents to the service techs, were very helpful in addressing my pest problem. It is a direct reflection of Tim's management of his department. He was the first one to come out years ago to address my pest problem and made the extra effort to devote 2 people to treat my home and this excellence of going the extra mile is the reason I switched to Debug and will continue to stay as a satisfied customer. read more

My bedroom was invaded by a hoard of yellow jackets that chewed through the ceiling!! The people at Debug were extremely accommodating. They were understanding and reassuring. The technician they sent, Alex, was amazing. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He took as much time as necessary to explain exactly what he was going to and discussed the chemicals he was using. He answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. When he finished he again asked if there were any questions and explained why a second visit was needed ( which reassured me that I had made the right choice). As a retried Public Health practitioner, I would wholeheartedly recommend this family-owned and what appeared to be a customer oriented company. Henry, Westport, MA read more

Having had four years of experience using Debug, I can honestly say that they are without a doubt an amazing company. From scheduling appointments, communication, service, and follow-up, they have shown time and time again that they can handle anything you throw at them. Charlie has been a regular with our property's service treatments each week, and the number of issues we have run into has diminished greatly - something I think Charlie should be proud of. His attention to detail , knowledge, and follow-up commitment has helped resolve issues that previous companies could not. Whether you manage a large property, are a landlord for only few apartments, or own your own house, I definitely recommend giving Debug a call - you will NOT be disappointed! read more

Chris is super friendly and answers all questions and concerns I have. I'm so glad I chose Debug for the problem I was having, worth every penny! He is also on time each visit and if he's going to be early he'll call and ask if that's okay, which I appreciate it. He comes and gets the job done with no issues. I initially called in December for an evaluation and Keith, a sales guy (also super friendly) came out and did an inspection, Chris was here less than a week later for the first treatment. The service I requested has been addressed and is under control after just 2 visits! Debug really goes above and beyond in my opinion. read more

I can't say enough good things about Bill! From the moment he arrived, he was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. You could tell he really cared about doing the job right and making sure I felt comfortable and informed. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the care he showed for both my home and my pets. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was safe, effective, and tailored to my specific needs. If you're looking for someone reliable, respectful, and truly skilled at what they do, I highly recommend Bill Mourar. A total pro from start to finish! read more

DEBUG is amazing! Not only do they take care of any pest concerns that arise but the customer service they provide is 5 star! We have used other vendors in the past and there is no comparison! The entire team does a fantastic job, but Matt has exceeded expectations! We always get compliments from our residents after he has provided service stating how friendly and informative he is! I have used DEBUG on a commercial level and on a residential level and every experience from booking the appointment to service is easy and accommodating. I highly recommend DEBUG for your pest control needs. read more

Shoutout to Jaynone from Debug Pest Control - he was absolutely fantastic! Showed up right on time and chatted with me about everything. What a great guy - super personable with an awesome, bubbly personality that's instantly likable. Even though I hadn't spotted any pest activity, he did a really thorough job checking all our rodent traps. Plus, when I asked about adding some extra bait stations in the pool and lawn sheds, he was all over it and got them set up in no time (four in each!). Seriously, top-notch service and total peace of mind. Can't recommend Debug Pest Control enough! read more

Always incredibly thorough and reliable, debug has always gotten on site within 24 hours of us calling them. now that andrew has taken over the mosquito and tick prevention- he upped their level of service. we pay for the "gold bundle" and are thrilled with the service we receive. We have had no ticks or mosquitoes all season and we live deep in the woods. We also used debug for carpenter bee treatments- which we no longer have a problem with!!! We highly recommend DeBug and their incredible team of service technicians!!! read more

Charlie is excellent. He is always knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. When he serviced the 216 unit apartment community I worked for, all of our residents said great things which directly reflected on our management office. We have used the tick reduction treatment in a residential setting at my home for a long time now and have been very happy. My dogs have never had a tick on them and we live far out in the woods with a lot of wildlife. Debug always gives us ample notice and are punctual to the minute. read more

We have been customers of Debug for years and would highly recommend them. We have not had any issues with ants, spiders or any kind of insects since we have treated our home. All of the technicians are very friendly and helpful. Ryan comes to our house frequently and he has given us some great advice. We look forward to having friendly, helpful customer service. The customer service out in the community is poor and I'm glad to say this business still holds their values in helping people. read more

I called "Debug Pest Control " for a termite inspection.Nick came Sept.2022.His inspection was good i thought . He didn't try to sell me anything.Because he didn't find any thing (and he looked the best he could ). I pulled up 6-10 deck boards so he could check under- neath into the wooden supports of the deck, it was sound ,Then he checked the cellar of my home and that looked good ..He gave me suggestions on what l could do to prevent issues later outside for the deck. DeBug Pest Control's customer service is the best!! The company where I work uses them for pest control for our gas station/convenience stores. I am so happy dealing with them and how reliable they are, that I decided to also use them personally for quarterly service at my home. They are quick to respond to service our locations and my home and to any paperwork that I may need. All the employees are very friendly and professional-especially Krista Imondi who seems always so eager to help!! read more

Trisha was the technician who serviced our home this morning. She was earlier than expected (much appreciated) ; she was polite and courteous. Trisha had not been to our home before, but she asked minimal questions and went right to work, obviously, knowing exactly what she needed to do. I have always received excellent service from DeBug Pest Control, the company and technicians alike. And our home has been bug-free and appreciate the service. Kyle arrived promptly at the estimated appointment time and then toured our entire exterior and listened to my wife and I desrcribe in detail the issues that we were having. Kyle made several recommendations and then went into depth on the solutions he would be implementing as part of our visit. Bill and Justin did an outstanding job treating my home. I had reported seeing a cockroach in the upstairs bathroom, and they were very thorough in addressing the issue. I am very please with Debug. Andrew came out for our Tick and mosquito treatment. He asked if there were any problem areas before he started. I was appreciative he cared. He paid special attention to my dog area as it backs up against big trees and we have pulled some ticks off the dogs. Since Andrew was here, no more ticks. He always has a smile on his face and is very personable. Thank you for great service Andrew! read more
