I can't say how awesome both Kevin and Dave were at this service call. When faced with a challenge to access particular areas of the soffits and eaves , they both were determined to come up with a solution until the job was completely and successfully done. The technician they sent, Alex, was amazing. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Chris is super friendly and answers all questions and concerns I have. I'm so glad I chose Debug for the problem I was having, worth every penny! Always incredibly thorough and reliable, debug has always gotten on site within 24 hours of us calling them. now that andrew has taken over the mosquito and tick prevention- he upped their level of service. we pay for the "gold bundle" and are thrilled with the service we receive. We have had no ticks or mosquitoes all season and we live deep in the woods. We also used debug for carpenter bee treatments- which we no longer have a problem with!!! Charlie is excellent. He is always knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. When he serviced the 216 unit apartment community I worked for, all of our residents said great things which directly reflected on our management office. We have used the tick reduction treatment in a residential setting at my home for a long time now and have been very happy. I called "Debug Pest Control " for a termite inspection.Nick came Sept.2022.His inspection was good i thought . He didn't try to sell me anything.Because he didn't find any thing (and he looked the best he could ). I pulled up 6-10 deck boards so he could check under- neath into the wooden supports of the deck, it was sound ,Then he checked the cellar of my home and that looked good ..He gave me suggestions on what l could do to prevent issues later outside for the deck.
