We had to call him mid November apparently he was ill .....hospitalized but we were never called informed by office. He finally came by and laid different traps stated he would be back in a week . We have been trying to call , email since December 1st with no call back or email response . As stated above we paid in full and he has blown us off ......unacceptable !!! To their credit, they returned and attempted to clean the damage, but they were unable to remove the stains. They acknowledged that the damage was their responsibility and agreed to pay for the apartment to be repainted. Months later, despite repeated follow-up, we have still not been compensated. It's incredibly disappointing that a company would admit fault, promise to make things right, and then fail to follow through. Accidents happen, and I understand that. What matters is how a company responds. Unfortunately, Guardian's customer service after the damage occurred has been far more frustrating than the original mistake. I cannot recommend a company that does not stand behind its commitments.

And at that point, no one thought this was a simple DIY project -- what, were we going to smack it down with a baseball bat and run for our lives?!? But we didn't want to use any toxic chemicals -- we have a small dog and there's a daycare right next door with little kids always running around in the yard just downwind. Thankfully there were a number of pest control companies in the area, and when we reached out to several, Green Planet Pest Control responded promptly, answered all our questions, and were able to schedule something within a day or two. The guy who came out to our house wore appropriate protection gear, and got the job done without any toxic chemicals that would've been bad for our dog or kids nearby. He also advised me on what product to get (a fairly pleasant-smelling natural spray with peppermint oil) to keep spraying in the area if I saw any return buildup, that would dissuade the wasps from sticking around.
