Awful awful awful guy did a home inspection for me and passed the house with half the attic insulation missing and only r-19 not r-30, needed to replace rotted sill plates fix main beam and have oil tank replaced do not use this guy (elderly senile) cost me thousands. Run run run! read more

Called landlord due to beg bug problems. They came and inspected home, BARELY! walked in didn't even look at any of the infected area's. Shrugged it off like nothing. was there for about 5 minutes. was not nice and friendly. Roommates and I prepped the Apt. for the pesticide spraying they said they were coming for in about 5 days. when they came in there were 2 gentlemen in SHORTS AND T-SHIRTS! we Left and came back 4 hours later. The covers that were infected on my box springs were STILL IN THE APT IN A BAG. same night found 4-5 bed bugs, every night since then have found 5-9 bed beds and that is just what is crawling on me. i cant find their license number or RI Cert # anywhere. I don't know if this guy is a good pest control guy, but as a home inspector he is a a joke. I've purchased several homes and dealt with inspectors, some I've thought were great, some bad, but this guy redefines bad. When he went through the house I saw no camera or clipboard. He seemed to have no problems where one might anticipate some, but then trumped up "speculative" problems ("I don't what this is or isn't and don't want to speculate but it could be [insert illogical and unlikely scenario here]"). Seems like in areas where he doesn't know what he is talking about he trumps about b.s. to cover his own butt. You'd be better served to find a guy who actually knows what he is talking about. Better inspectors include Homefront, Homepro, and Housedoctor, to name a few imo. read more

worst home inspection I have ever had. HE was throwing blinds around and even said I was interfering with home inspection even though I was sitting on floor. HE yelled at my seller . HE didn't even really inspect house was only in there for 40 mins not long enough to do a great home inspection. I would tell people never use him also he doesn't like blinds . read more
