We had to call him mid November apparently he was ill .....hospitalized but we were never called informed by office. He finally came by and laid different traps stated he would be back in a week . We have been trying to call , email since December 1st with no call back or email response . As stated above we paid in full and he has blown us off ......unacceptable !!! DO NOT SIGN WITH THIS COMPANY !! I have contacted the BBB and will do whatever possible to get a refund he breached his contract .

To their credit, they returned and attempted to clean the damage, but they were unable to remove the stains. They acknowledged that the damage was their responsibility and agreed to pay for the apartment to be repainted. Months later, despite repeated follow-up, we have still not been compensated. It's incredibly disappointing that a company would admit fault, promise to make things right, and then fail to follow through. Accidents happen, and I understand that. What matters is how a company responds. Unfortunately, Guardian's customer service after the damage occurred has been far more frustrating than the original mistake. I cannot recommend a company that does not stand behind its commitments.

He listened to everything I had to say, and he answered all my questions. He explained the process in simple-to-understand detail and also left a printed sheet with more information on it. I like that he did not speak "down" to me. He seems to be a very intelligent person and a caring individual. The price, imo, was extremely reasonable because he sprayed outside and inside my house. Now, after all of this, the company is claiming my warranty is void because I had a new roof installed and did not notify them immediately. I understand if this was their first visit and I had forgotten to tell them but this has been an ongoing issue and it feels like an excuse to avoid taking responsibility. Started out excited--referred by Warwick Animal Control. Squirrels in attic. (We knew EXACTLY where…read morethese animals were getting in--observed them several times going through the roof side vents. Personal inspection of attic showed where they had chewed through flimsy screen that was there.) Initially service manager told me that they "do not" set traps in attic rather they set them outside. That was perplexing. Tech showed up (Michael) laughed when I told him what service manager said. Of course they set traps in attic-- which he did. The traps were there for 3 days, checked daily and even though I personally observed squirrels entering same vents--there were no catches. On the last day I had arranged for new vents with heavy gauge wire to be installed. In fact--this was done simultaneously immediately after Tech made last inspection and removed traps. We were disappointed after spending $325 (and $85 per catch) but felt confident that the attic was sealed and that this issue was resolved. It was not. We awoke today to hear furtive scratching and gnawing FROM INSIDE which meant a squirrel was trapped inside! Upon further inspection it was now discovered that the framing around attic entrance had also been broken by tech during his work. I called customer service asking about a refund...service manager responded arrogantly--requested to speak to owner--said he'd pass it on. 2 days later...Two calls into business today--no response. Finally a response from owner Jim Cardoza that was a total waste of time. This whole experience was a waste of time and money. UPDATE! Giant squirrel that was left in attic came down into my office and wreaked havoc. I attempted to collect it, but it jumped down, hit me in face, CUT ME and escaped back up into attic. I have video and pictures to post. It is still now trapped in attic! Contemplating going to hospital for rabies shots. Ugh!!
