Really disappointing. I've had about 6 treatments on my property and I still have mosquitos. They have been very accommodating to come out and re-spray which makes it about 90% better, but they have never killed them all. Also beware if a technician John comes out and sprays. He is the only technician that doesnt wear anything covering his mouth and nose which leads me to believe he is just spraying water. The mosquitos are always worse the next day after he comes. My final straw was after my second to last treatment I had called to request that they no longer send him to my property, and sure enough on my next scheduled spray, he was the one that showed up. It's just not worth it to have to call for a respray after everytime he comes out. Yall need to do better and pay attention to who works for you. read more

We've been using Mosquito Authority for a few months now and very happy! We live on 5 acres out in Spicewood and wasn't sure it would work well since they spray the main areas around our home. I have a creek in my backyard. I never thought that I can get rid of mosquitos because of that and because my neighbors do not have any mosquito control service. Since we started with Mosquito Authority we have been able to enjoy out backyard without any need for deed or other mosquito repellent. If you get mosquitos the will come and spray again for free. That is the only reason why I got the service, because of this guarantee. I thought that they were going to fail with my house because of the creek, but I have to recognize that I was wrong. During the rainy season April-June, I have to call them two or three times for an extra treatment (no charge). The rest of the year, the regular cadence is enough. read more

Sadly the treatments simply didn't work. If I could rate their customer service separately, it would be 5 stars for sure. I loved being able to view pricing and sign up online. All the staff exceeded my expectations with courtesy, responsiveness, and professionalism. But after four treatments in about four weeks' time, we still get attacked by mosquitoes within seconds of sitting outside. read more

I tried it for a few months but couldn't stop the mosquitoes from feasting on my family and guests, even with re-treats of the yard. The same day we had our first treatment I was able to sit outside for hours with ONE measley bite! I didn't even put on any bug spray. This was immpossible before Mosquito Authority. I couldn't even pick up dog poop for 5 minutes without at least 5 bites before. If you want to get rid of your mosquitoes, LOOK NO FURTHER. Do not waste your time with any other company. We've been using Mosquito Authority for a few months now and couldn't be happier!! We live downtown and have a lot of trees. I thought there was no hope for us to enjoy our yard this summer since there hadn't been in previous years, but I was wrong! This year, being pregnant, I was especially worried about mosquitoes. Mosquito Authority has gotten rid of ALL OF THEM!! We had a rare occasion where a few came back (maybe because of the rain we had?! or they have noses for pregnant women!?).. after being outside one morning and getting bit a few times I let the company know. That SAME DAY they came out and sprayed for free us and we are mosquito free yet again. This company does a great job with customer service and are very on top of things.
