They timely provided a quote and kept their word. Once scheduled the service, Alejandro arrived on time. He did an excellent job: cleaning and picking up the debris. He also informed and advised me of potential repairs for me to make the decision without any pressure and when it is convenient. read more

I was really happy with them. They gave me a prompt quote based on aerial imagery and followed through the whole way. This was service for my moms house and she adored the guy that came. She said he was so nice and knowledgeable and helpful. It's always such a relief to have good people to help my mom. Thanks for this!! read more

My gutter was detached from the roof and started looking for service to repair and cleaning. After checking quotes and reading reviews on Yelp. I decided to go with Mosema Services. Alejandro and Sebastian came the next day after I decided to go with them. Very professional and finish the job very quickly. I would recommend them to my friends and family when if they need gutter help. read more

Very unprofessional business. We booked them 2 weeks ago for installing gutter guards and they agreed to do the work for $950 and confirmed that the work will be done 2 weeks after. Then one week before doing they work, they contacted us and said that they cannot do the work for $950 and will charge $1400! Reason they mentioned was that the cost for them has increased just a day ago. This is like an airline asking for more money a day before the flight as fuel cost that day has increased! in spite of being already booked. Can't believe this! If the cost of materials would have come down would they have lowered the price on me?!? Of course not! Then how can they commit and agree on a price and have me wait for the work to be done and increase the price right before it! Very unprofessional! read more

Alejandro was quick and very responsive using Yelp messaging. I needed windows washed and my sidewalks and deck power washed. He came out and gave me an estimate, and his quote was budget friendly and better than two other quotes I received. Alejandro came today, Sunday 07/28, and he made sure to let me know when he left his home so I knew when to expect him. He brought help and together they did a great job getting my large home cleaned. Alejandro is meticulous and very thorough. My husband also felt that Alejandro and his employee, Sebastian, were very courteous and kind. The job was a large job and it took most of day, but these two men were diligent and amazing at what they did. One part of my home had some discoloration that could not be removed with power-washing. Alejandro offered to repaint this part of the home for us! It wasn't a large or big area, but most people would just tell their clients they couldn't remove the damage and be done. He made sure we were satisfied even though we didn't hire him to paint. I was very impressed. It's hard to find people you can trust with your home. It's hard to find people who are polite and true to their word. Alejandro's work speaks for itself, and I look forward to using his services to clean our solar panels in the next few weeks. read more

Pigeon PROBLEMS under solar :( After waves of research and comparing. Mosema came up on top! Their pricing was extremely fair and communication is fast! (I texted him) they show up on time and they even work on SUNDAY! Just Wow! They clean the gutters which never got done before, wash the solar panels and install pigeon net around the entire solar panels area. They worked hard and did an excellent job. I do have to cleanup a little for the aftermath but not a big deal at all since they work so hard. BTW My home is 28' plus high and tile roofing so no way I can go up there. I HIGHLY recommend them. (I'm in a contractor business myself so they did every right plus more). read more

Contacted via Yelp for a gutter clean up and they were very responsive! They were able to come out the next day but we needed to schedule for a later date to work with our schedules. Not a problem. Called and texted the day of to confirm the date & time still worked. Fast quick work - and cleaned up afterwards. Paid with Venmo and they were off the to next job! Would hire them again! They also do gutter guards and we are looking into investing in that project in the future! read more

I recommend this gutter company they are very good..the quality of work is outstanding and the estimate cost of their work is below that I expected.. I will recommend it to my friends relatives and neighbors..Good job Alejandro read more

Alejandro is a hard working professional that takes pride in the quality of his work. In spite of finding some issues not contemplated on the original estimate, he gladly fixed them at no extra cost, doing a very expert job. Very refreshing surprise. read more

I requested to have 20 solar panels cleaned. The estimate was quite affordable, especially for a 2 story home. I was also pleasantly surprised they do their services in Sonoma County! Alejandro was punctual, friendly and thorough. He showed before and after photos and I was amazed how clean and shiny our panels looked! Thank you! read more

Great job , fast and reliable. Thanks again for your service. I'll call you again for future business. read more

Alejandro was responsive (rare for a contractor), punctual (even rarer), and did a great job cleaning my solar panels. I was so happy with his solar panel cleaning job that I've now scheduled a window washing with him, a quote he was able to conveniently give me during the solar panel cleaning visit. Thanks Alejandro! For reference, his phone number is 510-825-2514. The number listed on this Yelp page is incorrect, though he is very responsive through Yelp messages. read more

Reasonable price, quick communication, showed up on time, punctual. Appreciate the timely gutter cleaning before the rain season!

I phoned around got three different pricing. Don't waste your time with other gutter companies. This is far less expensive than other companies. I have a 6000 square-foot home in Pleasanton. Alejandro and his son Sebastian did excellent job on cleaning all my gutters. Alejandro also saved me money by recommending to me not to spend the money and replace a section of gutter. Instead, he could fix the gutter. By installing some aluminum and epoxy putty, sanding and painting. Made it look like brand new. Also, in our backyard we have a 20 x 20 barbecue area. He ended up cleaning those gutters as well in the price. And re-sealed all four corners of the Eve trough. Very satisfied with the work. So don't think you need to hire the big guys and pay $$$. The small guys actually do a better and thorough job. read more

Great experience with gutter install. Just finished but it seems like quality work. Work was checked multiple times for integrity. I would use Mosema again for gutters or other pressure washing services. Thank you! read more

I called Sebastian about gutter leak repair and was acme to schedule in a few days. Communication was good via text and phone. Sebastian sent kukito ( hope I am spelling the name right) who fixed my gutter leak and they honored the quoted price/ very Reasonable price. He Cleaned up the area and did a great job. advised me to wait 12 hrs for caulk to dry. So I water tested it next day and no more leak. so thank you mosemo team for your excellent job and help! Will use them in future. Highly recommend. read more

Alejandro was very professional and friendly. He quickly troubleshot the issue and did a thorough job with our clogged down pipe.

I hired Alejandro to clean a very large very steep tile roof that had a thick layer of moss built up from over the years of not being cleaned (north facing and common in this area). In addition, he cleaned roughly 32 solar panels by hand because the recent fires did a number on them and cleaned out my gutters. This job took a couple of days but Alejandro did a fantastic job at a reasonable price considering how big the job was. He is very cordial in in his communication style and truly wants to make his customers happy by doing a quality job. This is a small family run business, which is exactly what I want to support when spending my money. I would highly recommend him and plan to use him for all of my future pressure washing needs. read more

I have been used Mosema Gutter Services in the past 3 years to clean roof and gutter for my property at San Leandro. Alejandro delivered excellent services each time. He and his team were very professional and delivered the services as we had agreed upon each time. They always cleaned up all the debris on the ground and at the balcony areas. I am happy with their work and my tenants are happy too. Very pleased with his service. Quick, efficient, and friendly. Will most def call on again. read more

Places like this leave a bad taste in my mouth. Guy came by and quoted our gutter work; I said, I'll get back to you and let you know. About a week later I called to accept, and he had zero idea who I was. Said he was busy and I should text him. He sent out a guy to do the work that we had agreed to, and then a week later shows up at my door to say I owe him more money since the scope was more than we had discussed. First off- did he even remember me? Second off-showing up at my HOUSE? And questioning the quote we had discussed and then agreed to over text? Unbelievable. I would never recommend them. The gutter work is shoddy (worker came in a beat up car with gutter parts banging around in his trunk), and their morals are non-existent. We're doing a large scale remodel and would have had plenty more future work for them, but never again. read more

I booked their gutter cleaning services about 10 days in advance. On the night before, I sent a chat to them to confirm the appointment for the next morning at 10AM. I receive a call from one of their cleaners at 9:01AM saying they would be late for our 9AM appointment. What???? I told him our appointment was 10AM not 9AM. He was relieved. He said he would be here. Fast forward to 10:26AM...They're about 30 mins late. I call them and got not response but left a VM. The cleaner calls me about 2 mins later saying his car won't start.... ....Umm, ok, so you call me back 30 mins PAST the appointment time to tell me your car broke down???...after I had to inquire. That's unprofessional!!! read more

Guys were quick and efficient! Scheduling was easy and no pain, they did however come an hour later than they were scheduled but no biggie. Finished in about 90mins. They got some leaves on my neighbors car and ended up washing the guys car real quick. Would hire again! read more

I had such a good experience with Mosema Services. Alejandro was responsive from the request for a quote to booking the appointment. He did a very thorough job of cleaning my roof and gutters and pressure wash of the exterior of my house. It has been several years since my previous pressure wash and there was a large amount of moss on the back and sides of the house and the front stairs. After completion of the work, the house looked brand new! He also took a lot of care in the removal of my window screens prior to washing and the reinstallation of the screens afterwards. I would recommend Mosema Services to anyone looking for responsiveness, a reasonable price, and good work. Thanks Alejandro! read more

Alejandro responded quickly to my quote request and provided a free estimate shortly for a gutter cleaning. He arrived on time for the service, did thorough cleaning and repairs, took photos for his work before and after, and explain what he did clearly. The job was finished within 1.5 hours and I am very satisfied with the outcome and would definitely work with him again for similar projects in the future. read more

This transaction was very pleasant. Alejandro did a great job in cleaning out the gutters of my 30-foot height house, especially they were full of thick, heavy mud that had been accumulating for decades. Reasonable quote, great service and easy communication. Alejandro was honest and was transparent about the issues he faced. But they were problems of my own, as my house is in dire need of repair. So I will definitely call him back again for more work on the house. read more

Our gutter had a leak on the side of our house- there was a break in the elbow joining the gutter to the down spout. Once they came out to assess, they were professional and quick and the repair was done well and at a very reasonable cost. It did take a little time to coordinate as they were so swamped after all the rain. But once we got on their schedule, everything went smoothly. Will use again if we have gutter issues. read more

Called Alejandro back in December to clean the gutters and he was able to squeeze me in before the heavy rains. The price he quoted was extremely reasonable considering this was for a 20K SF commercial building. He took photos of the gutters which had rusted through and recommended replacing them. These were the original gutters from 1995 and were in pretty bad shape. Again he provided a quote to replace all the gutters and the price was more than fair. His crew were prompt and took two days including some evening hours to complete the job. If you're looking for a team that is professional and stress free, this is your guy. I highly recommend him to get the job done. read more

Alejandro did a great job on repairing my gutters. He was very efficient and his pricing was the best. He was very honest and hard working. Five star service and attitude of the owner Alejandro. I had to reschedule the service to clean my roof and install gutter guards a few times and he was completely ok with it. I finally was able to call him for gutter guard installation and he did an outstanding job. If I ever have to clean my roof again or some other job, his company would be on top of my list. In fact, I do plan on bringing him to clean my solar panels soon. read more

I have no idea what you are taking about it. You never mentioned anything to me about being hacked or similar! All I asked was proof of insurance, that was all. And. since you don't want to believe that I was quoted $900 to clean my solar panels here is a screen shot. read more

Alejandro of Mosema was wonderful. The communication was great when setting up the appointment. The quote was also reasonable. On the day of appointment, he was on time, even though it was an afternoon appointment. He was also very accommodating on our needs/concerns every step of the way, including taking many photos of the gutter and roof. All in all, Alejandro did a superb job and was very professional throughout! Highly recommended. read more

He arrived 20 min early, cleaned the gutters, and cleaned the roof of the leaves and branches so that they don't clog the gutters after he is done. Also very polite and friendly. I gave him a good tip because he deserved it...going on the roof on a wet drizzly cold day and it didn't keep him from doing a good job. Thank you Alejandro! read more

The owner has given me different quotes and every time the quote has increased. I was going to have both of my house and my mom's house done with them and asked for quote again. She said $220 for each and both $550 (my mom's house is smaller and newer and a few blocks away) I thought it might be a typo and asked again about the price increase in a few minutes, she replied said because I asked for a quote last year and I didn't hire her company and that I should look for other companies. I will definitely now!!! My mom was sick and had surgeries and we were so busy we didn't get to do gutter cleaning last year and even we did hire other companies, she shouldn't treat me this way. That's very unprofessional and rude! She holds a grudge so easily against potential customers! read more

I recently contacted Mosema Services because the recent storms blew off a portion of gutter on a house I manage in Santa Clara. I spoke with Alejandro, and we met at the house to assess the problem. I originally was thinking of having the entire gutters on the house replaced. However, the owner's budget did not allow for complete gutter replacement. Even though the scope of the project was reduced, Alejandro continued with the removal of the old gutter, and replaced it with a high quality aluminum gutter. I am so glad that I have found a person of honesty and integrity, and is willing to go the extra mile to help resolve a problem whether it be large or small. I highly recommend Alejandro and Mosema Services. read more

Alejandro did an exceptional job for me. My garden ground/floor had not been cleaned since I moved here and on top of it the contractors who worked on my home left a huge mess. Alejandro did such an amazing job pressure washing the ground; went above and beyond to make sure that he removed all the dirt and construction debris. I'm so happy that I decided to go with Mosema after receiving numerous bids for the job. I will definitely hire Alejandro again. His price is exceptional and honestly he should charge a lot more than he does. Thank you very much Alejandro! My garden is so inviting now. read more
