I used Philip's services after finding his awesome reviews on Yelp. They were right! Philip is…read moreawesome!!!!! A+++. He had to go above & beyond to finish this job. I first had him wash my panels. He was timely, polite, respectful, and gave fair pricing. He even flew a video drone to prove pre/post cleaning. Great work. It was his videos that showed me that the idiot original solar installers (green power installers-DO NOT USE) mounted 3 of 15 panels on the north sloping section of my roof. historically, these panels were capturing 50% of the others. My energy consumption has been more than production since day 1, so I calculated that placing these 3 panels on south slope (if possible-roof is tight) would boost my power ~11%. Therefore, I asked solarklean to relocate them. I care about the environmental impact of my energy use & so decided it was worth the expense to relocate the panels. Philip moved them ASAP. Then we realized the "power optimizers" failed to reconnect to the main inverter. This rendered the panels non-functional. We contacted SolarEdge.com tech support. They replaced them, no charge. Philip followed up twice to find a time to install them. He visited my house a couple times to do this work. He DID NOT LEAVE ME STRANDED!! Philip stuck to the job even after my solar " optimizers" failed. I can confidently recommend solarklean to clean your panels & do simple optimization's like I mentioned above. I believe Philip is capable of doing full installations or at least point you to who can. Thanks again Philip!! Pleasure to work with you.

We had our solar system installed in 2019 and have never had the panels cleaned until now. They look brand new. Our production levels have gone down in recent months so am excited to see how that improves. He also cleaned our gutters in preparation for the forecast El Niño downpours. Nolan is efficient, professional and very comfortable on roof's! He accomplished both tasks in an hour. He went above and beyond by trimming the volunteer apple tree that is growing right next to the house (unfortunately) and shedding leaves into the gutter. He also suggested that rather than asking our solar installer to reimburse for the energy production levels that were guaranteed in our contract that we ask for reimbursement for the panel cleaning. Great idea. We'll get on Nolan's twice a year cleaning schedule from now on. Highly recommend Smart Solar Panel Cleaning and Nolan Murray. I also like that SSPCBA is a local Hayward business.
