I asked for documentation and clarification on their accounting, but that was never provided. Communication became focused on collection and lien warnings rather than investigating the payment issue. I was pretty shocked how aggressive they were in their phone calls and emails. I recommend that customers keep detailed records and receipts for any work done with this company.

Came back with an estimate that was in line with market rate and better than 4-5 other bids. We selected a color for our aluminum gutters and set a date for install after accepting his bid. He showed up on time on the date agreed, replaced our gutter system with a new one and wrapped up an hour ahead of schedule that day.
