I was told that they were moving, however they still had the gun on order and they would contact me when it arrived and meet up with me to get the paperwork done and then deliver after the waiting period. Nothing... I talke to the owner Tom 2 months ago, he said he would check things out and get back with me the next day, crickets... I have sent several emails and left messages, nothing... After being told it would be ready at a certain time (24 hours+), when I called to ask about the status and if it was ready, I was told angrily "just come pick it up. We're not doing it anymore". I picked it up and the owner tried to give me some rant about "we're not going to rush ourselves" after withholding my property for 10 minutes. This place is a joke. I took my pistol to another local shop (way more professional and welcoming, I wont say who BUT there's a great taco spot next to it) and they were able to help me right on the spot and got it done in 20 mins with respect. Do not give this business your money, one of the worst gun stores I've ever stepped foot in.

To preface, I must express a strong reservation about recommending this store, particularly for individuals seeking to acquire firearms through an ordering process. My initial interaction occurred when preparing for a significant hunting trip scheduled for December 16th. Assuming ample time, I decided to order a shotgun from their website on November 1st, given its unavailability in-store, despite the website indicating a stock of six units. The transaction unfolded with my credit card being charged on November 2nd, accompanied by an email projecting a delivery timeframe of 4-7 business days. My concern arose when no tracking number accompanied this communication. On November 8th, I attempted to gain clarity on the order status via email, yet received no response. November 10th prompted a phone inquiry, where the individual, after obtaining my order number, assured me of an imminent arrival without providing substantial details. Subsequent efforts on November 14th to seek information via email proved futile. A second phone call on November 16th met with a less-than-enthusiastic response from the personnel, who, unable to provide tracking information, cited supplier constraints. November 22nd marked another call to inquire about my order, with a recurring assurance of imminent arrival attributed to holiday order influx. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I agreed to check again the following week. November 28th necessitated yet another call, resulting in the revelation that my order had not been processed correctly. An apology was extended, and an overnight shipment was promised, along with a commitment to a full refund if not received by the next week. December 4th saw another call, with an explanation that holiday-related shipping delays were occurring, projecting a delivery by December 8th. However, the firearm did not arrive, and the assurance of a Saturday delivery came with the inconvenience of the store being closed, necessitating a Monday pickup. On December 11th, when inquiring about the firearm's status, I received the disheartening news that it had not arrived, and tracking information was unavailable. Frustrated, I opted for an immediate refund, having reached the limit of my patience with the prolonged and uncertain process. Undoubtedly one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had with a shop. From initiating the order on November 1st to December 11th, the entire process was riddled with unfulfilled promises and blatant dishonesty Update. I wrote this towards the second week of December, and since then I have ordered the original shotgun I want and two others from a different gun shop. Today's date 1/7/2024 I have received all three shotguns and have 2 rifles in route from a local shop in yelm
