I've been a customer of this shop for many years, going back to when it was in McKenna. I was one…read moreof the first people to buy a suppressor from them, and at the time, the experience was great--professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. The owner was hands-on, and you could feel that customer service mattered. Unfortunately, things have changed. The current customer service is poor. Staff often act like they're doing you a favor by helping, rather than treating you with respect or interest. There's little salesmanship, and not much effort to understand or support customers. I personally would have bought two firearms from them in the last year, but the lack of willingness to assist pushed me elsewhere. There's also a noticeable lack of deep firearm knowledge among some staff and no clear management presence to address customer concerns. The shop now feels disorganized and disinterested in repeat business. It's disappointing to see how far it's fallen from what it used to be.
