I picked it up and the owner tried to give me some rant about "we're not going to rush ourselves" after withholding my property for 10 minutes. This place is a joke. I took my pistol to another local shop (way more professional and welcoming, I wont say who BUT there's a great taco spot next to it) and they were able to help me right on the spot and got it done in 20 mins with respect. Do not give this business your money, one of the worst gun stores I've ever stepped foot in.

Not only did he figure out the problem but also fixed the problem, Kenny didn't change a penny for fixing my firearm so I walked out a very happy and satisfied customer. Took him 3 months when I finally went and got it and took it out to the range and he said it was all put back together sound like it's cycled fine at the shop took it out wouldn't cycle one bullet at a time on a semi-automatic rifle with all parts there whatever he did he didn't make it function right and now the shop is closed also he traded out a bunch of my guts from the gun with new parts he switched them out so that he can keep them and sell them online I'm glad the shops closed he might have been a great gunsmith at one point but faltered the last part of his career there at the shop untrustworthy and not a great gunsmith obviously.

I called the ncis FBI number twice and both agents said they couldn't help me over the phone and that I should just go to another gun store. I called a couple local gun stores and they all said they follow the Brady act and release it to me. theese people charged me 20$ for the bogus background check and 6 percent credit card fees. You get a $1 "Pawn Buck", lol wait wait that's not a loan offer, its a bill, we actually spoke to a customer??? Ok ok heres your imagination participation trophy for showing up with something valuable. The ticket says I'd need $64+ to redeem it after 90 days, highlighted by a big purple-circled $16.25 "itemization of the finance charge" that feels like they just made up a number and hoped I wouldn't notice. Storage fee, doc prep, the whole menu of "because we can" charges. Meanwhile, another buyer on Pacific Ave offered $68 on the spot. $68 vs $48, and zero chance of my coin becoming their new wall mount. This isn't pawning....this is comedy hour with your assets as the punchline. Washington has rules on these fees for a reason, and the $16.25 line smells like it's doing the cha-cha around them. If you're in the olympia area and enjoy losing money with a side of creative accounting, go right ahead. Everyone else? Take it to a legit coin shop to at least get spot prices... You'll get actual spot value instead of this financial stand-up routine. Do better, or at least be funnier about robbing people.

I've been a customer of this shop for many years, going back to when it was in McKenna. I was one…read moreof the first people to buy a suppressor from them, and at the time, the experience was great--professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. The owner was hands-on, and you could feel that customer service mattered. Unfortunately, things have changed. The current customer service is poor. Staff often act like they're doing you a favor by helping, rather than treating you with respect or interest. There's little salesmanship, and not much effort to understand or support customers. I personally would have bought two firearms from them in the last year, but the lack of willingness to assist pushed me elsewhere. There's also a noticeable lack of deep firearm knowledge among some staff and no clear management presence to address customer concerns. The shop now feels disorganized and disinterested in repeat business. It's disappointing to see how far it's fallen from what it used to be.
